    Aye 3 Minutes not 2 Minutes. My Mistake. On Shiratsuyu this would be a waste. Because she has to Sacrifice the Smoke for it. As your Sacrificing your ability to Escape in Emergencies. Moreover. 11 Seconds is actually not really Bad. Akatsuki has 10 Seconds for its 10km Torpedoes. And that was actually Perfectly Sufficient for me to work with. The DDs with only 7-8 Seconds are Generally at 8-9km Range and thus have to Torpedo within a Dangerously Close Range to their Target. Moreover they got even less Alpha Damage on the Torpedoes. So they need to Hit more Torps for the same Damage to begin with. I wont say the Yuudachi is a Great DD. But its nowhere near as Bad as you make it look here :) Yes. Yuudachi gets both in Seperate Slots.

    No actually its the other way Around. The Yuudachi Torps actually only have a Detectability Range of 1.9km which is not actually Bad. The Reason for the High Reaction Time is that the Torpedoes are Fairly Slow with only 57 Knots The Guns having a longer Reload and a Gun less is also Dissappointing. Because this DD Effectively is Outgunned even by Akatsuki which is the Japanese Torpedo DD and among the Weakest DDs in this Tier when it comes to the Guns. (Which is fine cause its got Great Torpedoes) But the most Annoying thing to me. Is actually the Low Damage of only 15k Alpha for the Torpedoes of the Yuudachi. However. I am actually considering for another Reason to actually Buy it anyways. And that is that it has the Torpedo Reload Booster Consumable. And thats actually rather Extreme at Tier 7 If you use the Torpedo Speed Skill. You get 62 Knot Torpedoes with 12km Range and 11 Seconds Reaction Time. And with the Reload Booster you can Every 2 Minutes effectively Throw 16 Torpedoes at Once. Which allows for a Yugumo Style Torpedo Wall at Tier 7. So even with the high Reaction Time and low Alpha Damage. You will likely be able to deal alot of Damage to BBs. The DD gets 6.1km Detection Range. Which is Pretty Good on Tier 7 as well. And since your mostly going to Torp Heavier Ships. You can really Stealth Torp pretty effectively with this DD. We will See. Right now its an Prioritiy for me so ^^

    Longrange AA der Nürnberg

    Tut es nicht. Wie man dir bereits mehrfach Erklärt hat. Wird die Deutsche 37mm Flak in die Long Range Aura mitgezählt. Der Grund ist ein Gimmick der Deutschen Flak in WoWs. Deutsche Flak Geschütze haben Generell eine etwa höhere Reichweite als die der anderen Nationen. Die Deutschen 20mm werden mit in die Medium Range Aura gerechnet. Und die Deutschen 37mm und 40mm werden mit in die Long Range Aura gerechnet. Im Vergleich. Die Japanischen 25mm werden in die Short Range Aura gerechnet. Die Britischen 40mm beispielsweise nur in die Medium Range Aura. Diese Extra Range Gilt bei allen Deutschen Schiffen und ist auch der Grund warum die Meisten Deutschen Schiffe einen Hohen DPS Wert in der Medium Range Aura haben. Der Grund für dieses Gimmick ist mir nicht Bekannt. Es ist möglich das Wargaming hier eine Anspielung auf die Deutsche Flak machen will. Denn Deutsche Flak war größtenteils durch den Bombenkrieg geprägt. Und hatte anders als die Flak der meisten anderen Nationen auch bei kleineren Kalibern eine extrem hohe Reichweite und Schadenswirkung. Nur um das mal als Beispiel zu nennen. Die Deutsche 37mm hatte dank der ihrer knapp 800m/s Mündungsgeschwindigkeit eine Effektive Schusshöhe von über 3km währen die Britische 40mm mit ihren unter 600m/s nur knapp über 1.5km Schusshöhe sinnvoll war. Auch die Sprengladung der Deutschen 37mm Flak ist recht Extrem. Denn die Deutschen Flak Granaten hatten 300 Gramm Explosiv Ladung. Im Vergleich dazu hatte die Britische 40mm geradeinmal 60 Gramm. Natürlich kann es auch sein das Wargaming einfach nur die Deutsche Flak aus Gameplay Gründen so angeordnet hat. Um ähnliche Werte wie andere Nationen zu Erreichen. Da die Deutschen aufgrund der recht hohen Anzahl an Sekundär Batterie Geschützen häufig eine vergleichweise kleinere Anzahl an Schweren Flak Geschützen hatten. Der Verlust der 7 DPS im Langstrecken Sektor ist also kein Fehler und absolut Richtig. Die C Hülle Opfert einen kleinen Teil der Langstrecken DPS und Verdoppelt oder Verdreifacht ihre Mittel und Kurzstrecken Flak dadurch.

    I See. So basicly while the Range is Fairly High. Especially for Tier 7. The Torpedoes will likely not hit anything but the Heavy BBs that still got the Dreadnought Design. (You know these BBs that look like a Bathtube and usually got like 25 Knots) How do you even Calculate this tough. Ranges and Speeds in the Game are not Realistic. If it was Realistic Speeds. The Shimas Torps with 2.5km Spotting Range would give you an Reaction Time of 80 Seconds lol Also the Wiki does not Note Yuudachi Stats. Could someone give us the Core Data ? Max Concealment, HP etc ?

    Just Asking. But has it actually been Confirmed that AP is useless against Submarines ? Its true that in the Stream we only saw the Submarine being Hit by HE when at Periscope Depth. But as far as I know the Submarine is directly below the Surface on Periscope Depth. And WoWs does actually Include AP Shell Ballistics Continuing below the Water for a Limited Range. Underwater Penetrations of Ships are Possible already. So I actually tought that AP Shells will be able to Hit Submarines at Periscope Depth as well. And as Submarines are not that Heavily Armored. It would likely not be Hard to Damage them with AP in that case either. Is that not the Case ?

    I guess from the Post that Yuudachi was Added to Buy somewhere ? ^^ Didnt Notice ^^ As for the Torps. How is the Reaction Time when you use the Torpedo Speed Skill to make them 5 Knots but 20% less Range. As they then become 12km Torpedoes.

    Yeah CVs are absolutely Unplayable no Doubt. How could anyone possibly do Damage with them..... We urgently need to Buffs CVs again. They are far not Overpowered enough Yet. If we dont Buff them so they get a Kraken every Match we will never Achieve our Goal of removing all non CV Players from the Game!!

    If you make a Class Fun to Play by making it Overpowered as f*** then yes. That was wrong. Sure you make that Class Fun to Play by giving it Semi Godmode Abilities. But if you Frustrate the Fun of all other Classes by this. Then you have not really Won anything. Gladly I dont think we have to Worry on Submarines with that. With the low Oxygen Reserves they Showed. Subs will like be Underpowered rather than Overpowered. At least at First.

    Being Guaranteed a Long Life and thus much more Opportunities without Risk than any other Class is not exactly making CVs more Balanced I think. Even less for Average Players which in most other Ships tend to Die Early very often. How was that with not Judging this based on yourself ? :) Well. You can always Stop Foruming and Help me with Izumo :P I am not even doing too bad with it. But its pretty Boring alone xD (And the Enemy CV constantly puts me on Fire -.- )

    Nobody says to Balance the Ship around the Worst Players. But you cant Balance Ships around Unicums either. In General you Balance a Ship around the Average to Good Pllayers. And both of these Groups are Sitting vastly behind other Ships in the Bismarck. But to begin with. The Bgger Problem you have to Balance by. Is not the Player. But the Meta of the Game. You can Believe me. Nothing about the German BB Line would be Overpowered if you gave it an 1.9 or 2.0 Sigma Rating. Because German Guns would still be low Calibre and German Guns would still have fairly low DPS and low Penetration etc etc.
  14. I am not Religious. So I do not Believe. If things like this Come up. I go ahead and Simply Test it. And Yes you are Right. The Exp Bonus Counts towards Captain Exp as well. The Calculation is rather Strange. The Game Calculates Ship Exp and Commander Exp Seperately. Both with ONLY their own Booster Signals/Camouflages etc. But then the Game Slabs the Bonus Exp from the Ship Exp onto the Commander Exp as a Flat Bonus Value.

    1. Right now I think we would be Better of if we had No CV in any Game at all. 2. As I said. of course you think we are at Sweet Point. Your Favorite Class is so Overpowered that you can Perform well without any Effort. Unfortunately while you certainly Like it. Its a pretty Sour Point for most non CV Players that end up Targeted by a CV.... As I said before. Over the last 2 Weeks. We Gained 1000 new CV players. We lost 3000 DD players.... Gives you an Idea of who likes this Update and who does not....

    I am not :) Averages are Performing Poorly because CVs are too Overpowered. When you got the most Overpowered Ship in your Team. Your also the Biggest Deciding Factor of your Teams Success. Worse. The other side gets another of these Overpowered Ships. This means. That the Teams Success is directly Linked to the Skills of the Player with the Overpowered Ship. Because he has to Beat an Enemy who also got an Overpowered Ship in a Direct Competition. Take a Guess how this usually Ends This is actually Common in Games where Classes are on Purpose Stronger than others. For example in Americas Army. The Squad Machinegun is vastly more Powerful than the Standard Issue Assault Rifle. Thats why Players can get Pretty Angry if this more Powerful Weapon ends up taken by a Noob Player. Because this Weapon has a Big Influence on Winning the Match. If its taken by a Noob Player and the Enemy MG is taken by a Good Player. This creates a Tremendous Disadvantage for the Team. When Balancing works by Providing the same Classes to both Teams. Then the more Overpowered a Class is compared to the other Classes. The more Victory requires that Class to be Filled with a Good Player. Because even if a Potato Personally will do much better with that Overpowered Class than if he Played a Standard Class. He lacks the Skills to Carry the Game with that Class. So he will end up Losing and drag his Team along into the abyss with him. And then there is also the thing with what we should actually call Performing Badly. Even Average Players actually have Pretty Decent Stats with CVs. The only thing they Suck at is Winrate. Which is because as Described above. They are Matched against an Just as Overpowered Ship as they got themselves. And thus if they are not Good they will Lose alot. As for the Muppets. Yeah I know. But all the more Reason to make some Noise about CVs not being fine at all.

  19. Half Yes and Half No. I dont consider Exp Boosts for Premium Ships to be of any Value. Because to use that Exp you have to Pay Doubloons. So I generally would never actually even consider Converting all the Exp I got anyways. I mean I am not someone with 10k Battles. But despite that I have over 3 Million Exp I could Convert and 1 Million Free Exp laying around in case Siegfried is a Free Exp Ship ^^ I also think its too Expensive to be Honest. 35% Credits is surely Attractive. But T6 Ships do not Earn this much to begin with. So the 35% Credit Bonus turns out to not be worth too much in Actual Numbers. Anyways. Wanna Play a bit ? You wanted to help me with Grinding Izumo remember ^^

    Nobody is Contesting your having Fun. Your Favorite Class is basicly Godmode right now. So of course your having Fun. After all you can Succeed in the Game without any Effort :) The part your Lying about is why and with what your having Fun ;) If I understand the CV Apologists group correctly, CVs must be Guaranteed to overcome AA no matter how bad the CV Plays.

    No the Bismarck is not weak just the players.

    1. Its not about Taking it Literally. I do assume you can still try to angle and Fire etc etc. But lets Face it. If your at a Range where you can Kite. You dont need to Turn away anyways. And if your not. Then Turning away you cant Kite. Your just Limiting your Firepower and your Maneuverability by doing constant Turns to keep Guns Firing. And Of course I can. They are T8 BBs. So they Should be Roughly Equal in Power. And thats the Problem. They are not. Vlaidvostock and Bismarck are Supposed to be Brawlers. They should Excel at Close Range Battles. And the Vladivostock actually does that. Far FAAAR better than Bismarck. Joke is. The Amagi is actually a Battlecruiser and should actually be Weak in Close Quarters as its a Long Range Oriented Battleship. But guess what. The Amagi is in Fact Better in this Brawling Situation. See Mate. The Reason I took this example is not Lastly because this kind of Close Quarters Battle. Is actually exactly what Bismarck according to its Role should be Great at. But its Rubbish at it. Get what I am saying Mate ? The Bismarck is not just Weaker in all of the Standard Roles of BBs. Even in the Role where it should be Great its actually Doing pretty Poorly. 2. I am not actually. I just dont consider your Comment worth Answering. I am certainly not always Polite. But I do make Points and Arguments. Your Comment there however was Purely Insulting without any Relevance to the Topic at all. I generally Understand this as you having no Arguments and thus Resorting to Provocations and Demeaning behavior instead to cover up your lack of Valid Reasoning. Thats all there is to it. 3. Said this in another Topic already. That Joke about being Jack of all Trades is Complete Horsecrap. Bismarck is not a Jack of all Trades. It actually SUCKS at anything but Brawling. With only 4 Forward Guns its not a Good Bowtanker. With its Horrible Accuracy its not a Good Sniper, With its Gigantic Superstructure covering most of its Deck its certainly not very Tanky. Now the one thing where its on Par with at least most other BBs. is its Ability to Fight at Close Range. While it heavily Lacks Firepower. It does have the Maneuverability and the Turret Traverse to Fight at close Range. With Hydro and Secondaries its even somewhat Capable against DDs. But thats it. What less Torpedoes it catches thanks to Hydro it gets more Damage from the ones it Catches due to Horrible Torpedo Bulge Values. (Which is a Joke from a Historical Viewpoint given that all of the Torpedoes in Reality which Hit the Broadside just Bounced off without doing anything aside from causing a Tremor on the Ship. Hindenburg I cant tell yet. I do like the German Cruisers for their Strong AP Shells. Albeit I also hate them because their Concealment is worse than other Nations Battleships..... I do consider Prinz Eugen and Admiral Hipper fairly Strong. Not because they would be Jacks of all Trades. But because these Cruisers are in Fact Brawlers. Their Tankiness and their AP Damage as well as their 2x3 Torpedo Launchers per Side make them a Formidable Foe in Close Quarters Combat against pretty much anything. Including even T10 BBs. But its not a Jack of all Trades. its a Horrible Long Range Cruiser and its Stealth is so bad that you should consider yourself a Battleship rather than Cruiser.... Z52 is just Crab. Sorry but its just Crab. Its not a Jack of all Trades. Its a Piece of Crab. I mean it. IT IS CRAB IT SUCKS!! Period. And no its not a Jack of all Trades. A Jack of all Trades would mean its not the Best but it is Decent. And no its Not. Its Torpedoes are THE WEAKEST of all T10 DDs. And no their Fast Reload is not Changing that. Because Even Shimakaze which has Insanely long Reload on its Torpedoes. Will actually be able to Deny Area more Effectively. Why ? Because with Z52 your Torpedoes ARE SO PITIFULLY WEAK. That you using both of your Launchers and thus having a 70 Second Reload. You do LESS Damage than a Shimakaze using ONLY ONE Launcher. And a Shimakaze if it uses its Launchers 1 by 1 can actually Drop 1 Salvos every 40 Seconds. Let that Sink in. The Shimakaze every 40 Seconds. Can Drop a more Potent Torpedo Salvo than the Z52 can Drop once every 70 Seconds. And you wanna know the Best Joke ? The Shimakaze still has higher DPS with its Guns than a Z52 and can Easily Defeat a Z52 in a Gun Battle. Even more so because thanks to its better Concealment it is Guaranteed to be the First one to Fire. And thus will begin the Battle by taking 2-3k HP off the Z52 before the Z52 has even Turned its Guns... The Z52 has the LOWEST DPS of all T10 DD Guns and its DPS is actually lower than even most T9 and even T8 Torpedo DD Guns for Heavens Sake. The Z52 also has Pitiful Torpedoes for a T10 DD. Most other Nations have this kind of Torpedoes on Tier 6-7 for Heavens sake. Meanwhile the Z52 is BIG for a DD. its a very easy Target and it Suffers from being Full Pen Size for several Cruisers. On top of that. Its one of the least Maneuverable DDs in T10 and is also Pretty Slow for a T10 DD. It freaking cant even Outrun alot of Cruisers and BBs out there. And Following a CV is a Pain you really dont want to have with this DD because he actually can Outrun you. The Z52 is not Decent at Everything. IT IS ABSOLUTE CRAB AT EVERYTHING. The Idea of an Jack of all Trades is that your not as Good at the thing the other Ship Specializes in. But that your in Exchange Stronger at whatever they do not Specialize in. So for example. Shimakaze is a Torpedo DD. So Z52 should not Beat it in Torpedoes. Thats Fine. But it should actually Beat it in Guns. And well guess what. IT DOES NOT. Harugumo is a Gun DD. So Z52 should actually beat it in Torpedoes. But be worse in Guns. Now it is of course worse in Guns. How would it not be. Its worse than even Torpedo DDs in Guns. But better in Torpedoes ? Yeah Forget it lol. The Z52 is a Complete Design Failure. Because the Z52s Special Ability. Is that it can Force other DDs into Fighting because it can use Hydro to make Smoke useless. Thing is. That Design is a Complete Fallacy because the Z52 can Force a Direct Fight. But it cant Win it. Because in a Direct Fight it is the Worst DD you can have in this Game.... Of course I can. Because you already said it yourself. Just like there is Border Humping Bismarcks ruining these there is Yoloing NCs. Thats why the General Statistics are Reliable. You got bad and Good Players on both. And Yes Exactly. And thats just what I explained. A Ships Balance is also Affected by the Meta. And World of Warships Meta is that BBs can be Killed extremely easily in Close Quarters. So the Bismarck which needs to be at Close Range to work at all SUCKS. Because its not going with the Meta. And you See. If you take Vladi you actually Realize this Fast. Vladi has no Hydro. But it doesnt need it. It has the Torpedo Bulge to actually Survive some Hits. And it has the 60 Second Damage Control Cooldown it can use to prevent Flooding and Fire Damage going out of hand. It also has the higher Accuracy on Short Range. And it has the Limited Superstructure etc to avoid taking too much Damage from HE Spamming Cruisers and DDs. Vladivostock is an Actual Brawler. It gets the Tools to actually do this. Bismarck does not. Bismarck has to Brawl to be any use. As its the only way for it to make its Weapons Work. But Bismarck just does not have the Tools to actually go Forward without putting its Life on Leased Time. Thats why Vladivostock despite going against the Meta. Can do this well. While the Bismarck cant.
