    Nah. Wont say Teams are Good usually. But during the Events you always have Free T-Shirt Giveaways in some Map Corner or 2-3 AFK People in one Match that basicly Spawn. Dont move at all. Then suddenly move Forward to get Killed within 30 seconds.... Its Impressive how Uncarriable Teams become during Events. Because they manage to Lose Games which were actually already Won. Being ahead in Points and having more Capture Points and then decide oh yeah. Lets Yolo and all Die as fast as we can to still lose this....

    Honestly said even if your able to **** everyone else. Its not really Fun to Play them right now. To me it feels like I am Playing a Singeplayer Game lately. As both my Team and the Enemy Team are Randoms with little to no Communication. And mostly without any Semblance of Coordination I dont really get any kind of Interaction from this with others. Even the Enemy CV as for most part he has no Real Option to Interact with me aside from Dropping Fighters. Is not really giving me any real Interaction beyond what I expect from NPCs. And the New AA System is so weak that I honestly said dont even Notice if anyone is using it or not. When I Play as a Surface Ship I can see my Numbers going up a bit. Albeit I dont really Feel much of a Difference in the Result here either. But as a CV I cant see these Numbers. And so I Generally have no Idea if the Enemy has actually even used the Sector or not. As other Players have no Real way of Interaction and only Serve as being a Target for my Bombing they could just as well be NPCs. As a Surface Ship its even Worse. Because you cant even say your Fighting a CV. Its more like in one of these old RPGs where every few Minutes some Offmap Attack kept being Fired at you to make it harder for you to Fight. Just that its much more Accurate here. And just like in the Old RPGs. You cant do anything about it until you Beat the Level and got to the End of it where you could then Kill the Minion behind the Ballista or whatever was constantly Firing at you. Until then you just have to take the Hits over and over which is just Insanely Frustrating.... So Right now I am Honestly said entirely Frustrated with this Gameplay from both Sides.... In RTS it at least Felt like you were Playing 1 on 1 or 2 on 2 with the Enemy CVs. Now its just Singleplayer....

    Possible. But I would still like some Official Word on this. Because if WG really says that this is the Balancing which they would like to have CVs on. I will likely not be here anymore to See Submarines Joining in. I know the Game Mechanics Pretty Good :) Even if I dont know each Detailed Number. The Fact however wont Change. These Rockets can easily do 3k and more Damage per Salvo. And these Bombs can easily do 6k Damage per Salvo. Just because you cant use them does not mean they are useless. It just means you need to Learn using them properly. Just like you need to Learn how to use your Torpedoes Properly without them Disappearing on you :)

    Well then. Leaving the Wild Speculations aside. Could we Maybe get some Confirmation on WGs Position on CV Balancing ? I mean its Obvious that barely anyone here Considers CVs to be Balanced. But just because a Patch went by without WG doing anything to Balance CVs does not Forcibly mean they consider them Balanced or that there wont be any new Balancing done in the next Patch. So if @MrConway or @Crysantos would be so nice to Give us some Feedback on what WGs Position on the CVs right now is and if WG considers the Current Situation to be Satisfying that would Help alot. Thanks in Advance.

    Guess that now Legitimately makes me Pro CV Player..... As CVs are now Officially Balanced and not Overpowered at all I must Resign my Status as Average Potato who is Padding his Stats with Overpowered CVs and now must Insist you Treat me with the Respect Deserving of one of your New CV Overlords Guess I.ll get myself a Hosho and Start Purging any Players which do not Accept being Food for CVs right away in the Low Tiers. People need to Tought this Early Now. If they come into Higher Tiers thinking that there would actually be Counterplay against CVs they will just cause Trouble later.

    Dont know how he Dropped. So I cant comment on that. The Aiming Reticle is not exactly Placed for High Angle Dives. So I actually see alot of New Players Dropping the Bombs in Level Flight and thus basicly throw them through Superstructure. But Yes. In General French Cruisers are Better Targets for Rockets than for AP Bombs.

    I Stand Corrected then. Albeit it does not Change that this is an Issue with him not Bombing the Right Targets. As the Bombs would deal 1k on Penetration and 3k on Citadel.

    "Insert Face Palm Emoji here" 1. Mate No Offense. But No... You Hit 2 Bombs. 1 Overpenetrated. And 1 Bounced Off. Thats why you get 1/6 of the 3k Damage for the 1 Overpenetration which is 600 Damage. And 0 Damage for the Bomb that Failed to Penetrate the Armor... Edit: The Problem is you Overpenetrated the Ship. Bombs deal 0.1 Times the Damage if you Overpenetrate. AP Bombs are Supposed to be used on Battleships and Cruisers. Not on DDs. If used Right you can Citadel most BBs and Cruisers very easily and thus Deal 3-6k Damage per Drop. Edit End: The Model is Fairly Reliable and Bugs are very Rare. Nothing Fuzzy about it. You just dont know how it Works and thus misinterpret it.... 2. You get Defended Ribbon for any Damage Dealt to Target. This Includes Splash Damage to the Torpedo Bulge. So if you get Near Misses on an Enemy in the Capture Circle. Even if you Deal 0 Damage to anything you will get Defended Ribbon and the Cap Progress will be Reduced. 3. People can Maneuver. If you Drop Close to Targets and they turn into the Torpedos they can Intercept them before they Activate even if you Originally Dropped them with enough Space to Activate. Seriously Mate. You need to Learn about how the Mechanics Work.

    Best T5 AA silver ship

    Currently the T5 Ship with the Biggest AA is likely the German T5 Battleship König. Its got Decent DPS for a T5 Battleship. But more Importandly. It has 4 Flak Bursts by Default. With the Flak Module Mounted you get 6 Flak Bursts every 1.35 Seconds. Which on Tier 5 is Really alot of AA Power. Most other Ships at this Tier including the Kirov only have 1 or 2 Flak Bursts by Default. Thus even with Flak Module only getting 4 Flak Bursts. And most other Ships only get Flak Bursts every 1.51 Seconds. Making them less Lethal as well.

    Errr... No. 1. Base Damage Damage of Rockets is 2200 for each Rocket. You Fire 6 which means you have an Alpha Damage of 13200 for the Rocket Salvo Fired by your Aircraft. Now in WoWs. Penetration only gives you 33% or 1/3 of the Alpha Damage. And as you have HE Rockets. You cannot Citadel. Therefore your Potential Damage actually Dealt with Rockets is 1/3 of the Alpha assuming you Land a Full Strike. Thats 4400 Damage :) Pls note. As HE Rockets cannot Overpenetrate. Their Standard Damage per Rocket would be 733. But thats per Rocket. You dont just Fire One Rocket :) You Fire 6 Rockets. :) Moreover as you Saturate Sections you will Deal Less Damage with Consecutive Strikes. (This also happens with Torpedoes by the way) So Hits on an already Damage Saturated Section will Deal only 366 Damage. 2. Base Damage for your AP Bombs is 3000 for each Bomb. You Drop 2 which means you have an Alpha Damage of 6000 for the AP Bomb Salvo dropped by your Aircraft. As AP Bombs can Hit the Citadel of Ships. You can do 100% of that Damage. Which would be 6000 Damage. If you fail to hit the Citadel but Hit both Bombs for a Full Penetration you get 2000 Damage. And if you dont know what Targets you can Drop on. And try to Drop AP Bombs on a DD for example. Then you will likely Overpenetrate and get 1/6 of the Damage. Meaning 500 per Bomb. Which comes to 1000 Total. Good thing is. Citadel cannot be Saturated. You always do Full Damage :) Rest of your Post is Irrelevant as its Invalidated by the above Explanation. Maybe really bother Looking this Up. Because believe me. Your making a Clown out of yourself. And No. Rockets and Bombs can not be Evaded. Even Torpedoes can only be Evaded by a DD unless the CV Fails the Drop. Thats a Fact. As for me being Bad. Erm Yeah. Mate no Offense. My Stats are Public. Maybe look at your CV Stats and then look at my CV Stats. And maybe you will Realize that its not me who is Bad at Evading. But just you who is Bad at Dropping Bombs. Because I can Guarantee you. Nobody is going to Evade my Rockets ;) There is some Tactics out there which you can use to Throw of Noob CVs. Thats True. For example most Noob CVs can be Fooled if you Shut Down AA and then keep Heading towards the Rocket Planes. As many Noob CVs dont know how to Deal with this and then Overshoot you as their Drop is not ready before they have Passed you. Some Noob CVs can also be Fooled by steering lightly into one Direction and then Changing Direction short before the Drop because they dont know how to Aim Properly. But no Offense to you. This does not Work against any Halfwat Decent CV Player. As he will Initiate the Attack Run before Spotting the DD again and thus not Overshoot. And because he will Aim slightly Above the Nose to use the Ships Height as a Buffer to Still Hit you Properly even if you Change Direction last Second. Small Advice Mate. Better learn how to use Rockets and Bombs. In T4 on Hosho thanks to the Lack of AA on Enemy Ships. You can usually stick to Torpedo Bombers Only. But in Higher Tiers this becomes Impossible. And you will be Forced on Other Squadrons. So better learn how to use them now. Otherwise you will be in Trouble later. By the Way. If you dont Believe me about the Damage of the Rockets and the Bombs. You can also just use a Training Room to Test out what Damage they Do yourself. Here just to give you an Idea. Rockets. 1st Strike. 5 of 6 Rockets Hit. Doing a Total of 3204 Damage +1 Fire 2nd Strike. 6 of 6 Rockets Hit but one Shattered on the Armor doing a Total 3115 Damage +1 Fire and +1 Engine Hit AP Bombs. 1st Drop only 1 Bomb Hit other landed in the Water. Total Damage 3000 +1 Engine Hit 2nd Drop this Time both Bombs Hit. Total Damage 6000

    I think you need to Learn alot about this Game. 1. You Drop 2 Torpedoes with 5400 Alpha each. Most Ships dont have a Bulge so this means about 4900 Damage per Torpedo and thus lets say 10k Potential Damage. You Drop 2 Bombs with 3000 Alpha each. As Citadel Gives Full Damage and these Bombs can easily Citadel most BBs and Cruisers you got 6k Potential Damage. You Drop 6 Rockets with 2200 Alpha each. HE Pen only Gives 1/3 of the Alpha. So your Potential Damage lands on 4.4k :) Your Torpedoes might be the Biggest Damage Dealer. But they are also the ones that can be Evaded if you Drop Badly. Your other Two Weapons Deal less Damage but in Exchange they are Impossible to Evade. And in case of Rockets you cant even really Reduce Damage by Evasive Maneuvers. 2. No you Cant. No Offense but you should wait till your Actually a bit better with CVs ;) You missing is not Equal to someone Evading Attacks ;) 3. Then your doing something Wrong Mate :P 4. Correct. Right now Continues AA is useless. While Heavy AA deals Damage. But Good CV Players can Evade Heavy 100% meaning they take Barely any Damage right now. Of course Newer Players will often lose Entire Squadrons in Seconds because they dont know how this Mechanic Works. Thats why we need a Proper Continues DPS System. You should have kept the Second Part to yourself xD And well. The one who Gave you Karma was the Enemy CV and he likely did it before he Realized that he will End up Losing that Match xD

    Thats a Self Defeating Statement. 1. You dont only have Torpedoes. 2. A Good Captain can Evade Torpedoes thrown by a Noob CV. If the CV is not a Noob you wont Evade them. 3. No. There are not Plenty of AA Ships in T4. In Fact they are extremely rare in T4. And the few that got AA have such Horrid AA that they could just as well not have it. 4. Currently Adding AA to Low Tier Ships wont change anything. Because low Tier Ships only get Continues AA. Which is currently useless.

    Many Ways lead to Rome. And I am not You. The Reason why so many People Struggle with CVs despite how Overpowered they are. Is because being so Overpowered Tremendously Increases your Influence on the Battle. Meaning that if your a Noob in your CV. The Enemy CV will Win the Game against you and despite you having no Trouble beating around the Enemy Surface Ships. You still constantly lose because the Enemy CV is faster, stronger, better at doing it. And for DDs Capturing a Point this is no Different. Going for the Capture Point certainly makes sense when your Skilled enough and that you can Confidently Claim that most of the Time you will Win a Direct Fight against the Enemy Contesting it. But I am not a Skilled DD Player :) I am neither Skilled enough nor Confident that will go out of the Cap as the Victor of a Cap Fight. So by Default this is giving me alot of Losses. And even in the cases where I won the Cap. I ended up Killed a short time later because Enemy Cruisers knew my Location and instantly Focused me Down. If your Confident that you will not just Win the Cap Fight itself but even Beat the Enemy Cruisers that try to take you out of it. Then thats fine for you :) But for me this Strategy is just Meaningless. :) It makes no Sense to go for a Direct Confrontation with the Enemy when your the one with Inferior Skills. If I want to Win I have to take the Battle to an Indirect Confrontation where I can Dominate the Engagement and Dictate the Pace. Long Story Short. If this works for you. Then this is Perfectly Fine. Its nice that your Skilled enough to Win out in Direct Confrontations like this :) But that doesnt mean it works for others ;) After all a Direct Confrontation can only be Won by One Side. So by default if both you and your Enemy go for this Direct Confrontation it can always only work for one of you. And I am not Skilled enough to be Confident in being the one who ennds up out Top. ;)

    First Good Game with the Z52 Today. And guess what. 0 Caps. Went around the Flank together with a French DD. Nicely Pestering the Enemy Fleet there completely Stopping it in its Tracks causing it to be then Massacred by my Team. I play Yugumo without Smoke. And it has far better Torps. So I had to Adjust the Playstyle a bit for Z52. But when your not in a Position where everyone knows your there before you can do anything. And where your Instantly Forced into Combat with an Enemy. The Fact that you can use both your Guns and your Torps to some Extend is actually rather Pleasant. On Longer Range Firing into Superstructure of BBs the DPS of the Guns is also way better than when trying to Fight Enemy DDs which you constantly Overpen with AP and which you cant Fight with HE because your HE has worse DPS than even the Japanese Torpedo DDs.... Yeah. I think I am going to Stop with the Capture Point Attempts. Maybe I am just not Good with Anti DD Warfare. Or maybe its just because Z52 Sucks so Badly. But after a Streak of 8 Losses trying to Capture Points in the Z52. I really get the Feeling that going around the Side will gain me far better Results. I cant wait for Shimakaze as well. I will Definitely Try the 20km Torps. If they work out just as well as the 12km ones on Yugumo going around the Flank. I might really get the Yuudachi for this Purpose.

    So far 3 Losses on Z52 going for Caps. 3 Wins on Yugumo going for Flanking. 1 Win with Z52 going for a Center Break. Nobody Says that Contesting the Cap is a Bad Idea. But for a Torpedo DD it Defeats his Purpose. Of course Taking a Capture Point will put Pressure on the Enemy. But so does Flanking. In most cases my Flanking caused the Enemy Team to be Scared and not Push. The Enemy DD had to Decide if he wants to go forward to my Team or Fall back to Deal with me as otherwise I am going to harass their Team and make it impossible for them to Advance. Moreover the Enemy Fleet thanks to my Position being away from my Team. Are Forced to provide a Target for my Torpedoes or for my Teams Guns. And have to Turn their Guns between me and them which takes time. This is Creating a Pretty Good Tactical Advantage. I dont mind. I know the Z52 Sucks. I dont know why People say its a Cap Brawler. This thing has the lowest DPS of all T10 DDs. And its Horrid Maneuverability and Giant Size makes it an Easy Target. Its Smoke Sucks as well. And you often need 3 Torpedoes to Sink an Enemy DD making its Torps entirely useless in a Cap Fight. This DD pretty much Screams to Stay away from Enemy DDs as far as Possible and rather work as a Fleet Escort. Trying to Cap with this Piece of Scrap is a Futile Effort to begin with. As for Poi. I am likely passing on it till we get an Azur Lane Variant. I dont Play DD enough to Justify getting it just to have a Long Range Torpedo DD on T7

    Meanwhile I am putting this to the Test. So Far. 2 Games in Z52 both times going for the Cap. Both times Lost. 2 Games in the Yugumo. Both times ignoring the Cap and instead going for the Flank. Both times Won. Yeah **** this. I am going to Try Flanking with the Z52 now.... Edit; Or not because 5th Game is a Freaking Center Game Mode Game which I hate like the Pest -.-

    1. Then Please Explain to me. Why is my German DDs which I Exclusively use as Capture Point Brawlers. Sitting around 40% Winrate. While my Japanese DDs which I am mostly using for Flanking and Breakthrough Actions on 50% and the Kagero even on 60% ? :) A bit Illogical according to you. Because actually I should have Good WR in my German DDs as I always use them to Cap. And bad WR in my Japanese DDs as I always use them to go Hunt enemy Ships and Disturb their Flanks :) 2. No Offense. But once you Won a Cap. Your Position is Tracked. Relocating to a Flank at this Point is useless. Because it takes too long and the Game is Decided before you get there. Caps are Importand. But if your really telling a Shima to commit Suicide by Contesting a Cap against a Gearing. Then Sorry. I will rather be the Shima that goes around the Flank. I had 6 Games in my Z52 this Morning. (Farming for the Module which nobody wants.....) All 6 Lost of Course. And all 6 I went for the Cap. In 4 Games I won the Cap. 2 times of that because the Enemy did not Contest it and instead went around our Flank or Broke through our Center and caused Havoc. 1 Time I killed the Enemy DD but got Killed myself. Thus leaving the Cap White. And only 1 Time I got Killed by a Pan Asian DD as he just Charged me. Yet. The Enemy not going for Caps and instead throwing our Formation into Chaos by going around Flank or Breaking through Center Won every Single time :) See Mate. No Offense to you. But I actually think the Reason why I suck at DDs. Is actually because I have been listening to this Crab about having to Contest the Cap. I am currently Seriously Considering to Skill the Z52 more on Torpedoes and go around the Flank with it instead of Contesting the Caps. As apparently Contesting the Caps is not Winning me a Single Game.

    1. Actually it doesnt :) In case you dont know the Story properly maybe you should Read it up. While its True that the Yamato Overpenetrated Taffy 3 with little Damage. The Hits were not in the Hull. The Hits were on the Bridge in the Upper Superstructure. And while these Hits did go clean through. The Statement of "Leaving the Deck Littered with the Dead" is not exactly pleasing to Read. Later Hits into the Hull caused massive Flooding and Damages. 2. No Offense. But in Reality if a Shell Penetrated your Turret then this Turret was Gone lol. Not for 30 Seconds but for Good. And not with a Chance of 10% or something. But Guaranteed. 3. Well Mate. Considering that most DDs (except the German Ones because they are Crab) at this kind of Range can Delete a Battleship with a Single Torpedo Salvo. Yes I think that taking a Third to Half of the HP of a DD is not Enough. And thats my last Comment on this. The Topic is on Cruisers. And I am not Interested in Entertaining your Cherry Picking of my Statements any Further. Even less when the Statements you Pick are not even on the Topic...

    1. In Reality. If a Battleship Overpenetrated a Destroyer with a Salvos from a few km away the Destroyer was pretty much Toast. Not only would the Shells have gone through a load of Equipment and Machinery aboerd the DD. But the Structure itself would likely no longer be Seaworthy and the Waterintake would be beyond the Pumps. Even more so when even One Shell exit the Ship below the Waterline which would cause Uncontrolled Flooding. Needless to say that in Reality a DDs Guns would not do more than Scratching the Paint off a Battleship. And even DD Torpedoes in Reality did barely any Damage to the Bismarck for example. The only Torpedo actually going through the Bismarcks Hull was the one Hitting it on the Side where the Ship had Listed to thus hitting above the Torpedo Belt. But this is not Reality. Its a Game. So pls leave Realism out of this. And no. Actually even such a Hole would cause Tremendous Flooding. A Torpedo hitting a DD usually caused that DD to be Instant Sunk as the Hull broke Apart. Pls do not Compare Reality to this Game. This Game is about as Realistic as Boris Johnsons Demands for a Brexit Deal... 2. Pls Spare me the Theoretical Deletion. The Truth in the Game is. That 9 out of 10 Times you Fire an AP Broadside on a DD using your BB. Even on like 4km Distance You will get like 3-5 Overpens for maybe 6k Damage because the rest just Lands in the Water thanks to BB Accuracy. So if you go with 1/5 instead of 1/6 you would come up with 9k Damage Instead. On 1/4 instead of 1/6 you would actually come into the Range of an DD being Killed in 2 Salvos. Pls note. You are in Fact Still doing less Damage than HE. Which Deals 1/3 of the Alpha and on top deals alot of Module Damages etc. 3. I already provided a Buff to Cruisers in Exchange. Which would be in Fact a Heavy Nerf for most BBs. Because Overmatch is one of the most Powerful, most Skill Defeating and most Ridiculous Advantages BBs have. If Overmatch was Removed from the Game. We would have a tremendous Change of Meta. And one which Cruisers and DDs would actually Profit from Tremendously.
