    Sorry to say this after you went through the Trouble. But thats a Z39. A Pretty Good Premium DD which I have no Trouble Playing myself. Thats not Surprising. Because its a T7 DD and thus will only rarely Encounter Radar and for most part wont be Faced with any Hostile Ships that can do anything about Smoke unless they are very close to him. Not only that. It has 15cm Guns with a Fairly High HE Damage for German Guns. But still a Good AP Damage and high enough Penetration to Reliably Citadel Enemy Cruisers. While its Torps only got 8.5km Range. They do 14.4k Damage which for T7 unlike T10 is Perfectly Decent. And its got nearly 20k HP on T7 where most Enemy DDs at best have 17k HP. I dont need Advice Playing the Z39 in T7 :) That DD works Perfectly fine for me :) I need Advice Playing the Z52 in T10 where just Halting your Ship in a Cap Circle and Starting to Fire at Enemies in Hydro Range or Spotted by Allies will Generally result in a Swift Death due to some Radar Cruiser Negating your Smoke and Firing away at that Juicy and almost Stationary Target which had just Reversed in the Smoke Screen :)

    WG refused to make a Statement on this. But seeing that this Topic is not a Sticky anymore. I would not Expect any Noteworthy changes in the immediate future.

    T4 CVs are Limited on max 3 per Team. T6 CVs are 2 per Team. T8 and T10 are 1 per Team. Limits are Soft however. So if MM lacks non CV Players it will throw Double CV Games even in T8 and above. If your asking if you get more Games without CV then Answer is no. After WG Nerfed AA to oblivion in 0.8.7 you should Expect to have a CV in every Game. Games without CV have become fairly rare and will likely get even less common if AA is not Buffed.

    Sure it is *gg* To me my Time is the most Valuable thing there is. And I would recommend everyone to also consider their own Time to be of utmost Importance :) Thats why I am telling you to not offer your time to others so easily ^^ Even less when you dont have enough of it to actually spend it on others ;)

    Not asking anything :) Its just hard to tell what happened purely by guessing from your description. If its not a common thing its fine anyways. Even I will on occassion be hit by Flak. I am not as good as Elazer in evading it. And Sometimes I also simply dont evade it because it would take longer to reach the Target. Just for me its not something I dont understand. By now I got a fairly good feeling on Flak Spawns. So most of the time I can already tell I messed up and will be hit by Flak before it actually happens.

    I never really expected them to Sincerely Help anyways to be Honest. I know that its actually quite a hassle to watch other peoples replays properly and give them advice on it. So 90% of the Time when People run their Big Mouths about how someone should provide replays so they can help them its because they think the other party will not do that anyways. But you know me by now *gg* I am not shy about calling people out or showing what I am doing. ^^ And hey you never know. It could have been that I hit the 10% which actually do watch Replays from others and give some advice :) But yeah. Guess I hit the more common type this time. Too bad. I could certainly use some more useful advice than their suggestion of just bashing my head into the Cap Circle until I can make it work.....

    You sure its flak and not the Damage Burst of a Player? Its hard to say anything on this with pure guesswork unfortunately :( If you had a Replay that might be easier as we could tell you what happened. :)

    We will See. Spreadsheet takes a time to Show Differences. And currently more and more Players which have the Unfortunate Fate of being Focused by a CV tend to Ragequit in Frustration. Right now they keep coming back a short time later. Often not even staying out of the Game for the Hour. But the more often it happens the more Likely the People are to stay away Permanently. And it wont take till Christmas before the Spreadsheet will tell Wargaming that not only the amount of Players Quitting the Game is rising. But also that less of the New Players trying out the Game are sticking with it. Thats the Unfortunate thing with Wargamings Spreadsheet Approach. It needs Months before certain Effects actually start Showing. I just hope Wargaming will have the Brains to Realize the Reasons and not Blame it on Submarines which likely will be Open Test by then.

    Actually its not CVs that need to be Nerfed. its AA that needs to be Buffed. In 0.8.7 AA has been Nerfed so Hard that it barely Exists anymore. Thats not really related to the CVs themselves at all to be Honest.

    People often dont Realize this. But Dive Bombers can still be Steered during the Camera Following the Bombs. :) They also still Accept Boost and Slow Down Commands even if you dont see them. By already Steering before your Bombs even Landed on Target you can Scrape off some Additional Seconds. This can be used with any Dive Bombers by the way. Not just GZ ones :) I for my Part however actually Found that using the Speed is a Bigger Advantage. So I simply dont attack the same Target Twice. I just Spread the Love Attacking a Different Target after passing over the First Enemy Group. GZ Planes are Pretty fast after all. And covering 10km to the next Target often is Faster than doing the 180 Degree Turn.

    I actually thing the GZ is the CV with the most Identity in the Game ^^ Just that this Identity of being a Light Cruiser with a Flight Deck is often not really used by People. ^^

    Thats Great News actually. Since Graf Zeppelin is one of my Favorite Ships. Albeit it also means your Reading ability is just as Bad as your ability to Fact Check things and be Honest with your own Statements. As you apparently did not notice it. I Clearly Stated that Graf Zeppelin is currently the Weakest of the T8 CVs and also that the Dive Bombers need to be Buffed. But hey. Why let some Facts get in the way of your little Rant about me right :)

    Yeah Because I dont have over 200 Games in Graf Zeppelin after Rework either..... Maybe you Should look up the Stats before you make such Statements. Because Obviously the Screenshot above is just the Battles I played during the last few Weeks so during the current Game Version. It makes no Sense to Post Results you got half a Year ago when since then the Playing Field has massively Changed. And you have 200 Games after Rework. Not in the current Version. The Current Version of the Game has Changed several Times during the Rework. Have you even Played the Graf Zeppelin since the Friesland got Added ??? Because no Offense to you. But Friesland has only been Released on 4th September. And I do not find any Matches for you in Graf Zeppelin after that Time :) Maybe you should not make empty Claims and instead take your Graf Zeppelin and try it out for a Spin now and then. Talking about a Ship you have not even Played in the current Update is not really convincing you know.

    It doesnt. What needs a Nerf is CVs in General. But this Topic is ONLY on the Relative Power of CVs compared to other CVs. And in that Aspect the Graf Zeppelin is Universally Accepted to be the Weakest T8 CV in the Game.

    Comparing the number of Planes is Pretty useless to be honest. As the Planes itself are vastly Different. And have vastly Different Capabilities that Comparisson does not really tell you anything. Kaga is after all the CV which has Insane Reserves but that doesnt make her the Best CV in T8 either :) The same goes for the Alpha Damage of the Drops. It makes not much sense to Compare them. Because you have different Numbers of Drops and different Chances and Repetition Speeds for Drops. :) Now as for the Graf Zeppelin itself. It is is clearly the Weakest CV in T8 when you consider the Aircraft. Its not as bad as most People make it out to be. Its just way Different in its Playstyle. The Biggest Advantage of the GZ is of course: You got Incredible Fast Planes. Which not only means you Strike more often than other CVs in the same Time and also Switch Targets over the Map much Faster. But it also means your taking way less Plane losses from Stronger AA Ships. Because your Planes pass the AA Faster which also results in the Graf Zeppelin being the CV which can actually more often get a Second or Third Drop Done with its Squadrons. This is especially True with the Dive Bombers. As most Dive Bombers due to the Extensive movement will usually only get 1 Drop out unless your really attacking a Lone Isolated Ship somewhere. The Graf Zeppelin however will be Pretty reliably get out two Drops even against smaller Blobs thanks to the Speed at which you can do these 2 Consecutive Drops :) The other Advantage the GZ has is: You got an Incredible Tough Ship. When using the Upgrades and Skills for a Secondary Build. You get 9km Range for your Secondary Guns. And these Guns are extremely Powerful. You got 16x150mm Guns and 12x105mm Guns on your Ship. Effectively you got a Light Cruiser Strapped onto each Side of your Ship and then two Destroyers mounted on top of it. Even without using Manual Secondaries a T10 DD coming into your Range and being Spotted Generally has less than 1 Minute to Life. And thats assuming you dont Hit him with any Rockets and Bombs. And thanks to the German Secondary HE Penetration Buff. You can use IFHE to get these 105mm which have a quite Strong DPS Value. To Penetrate even 32mm and thus Deal Damage to Battleships. Which is a pretty Nasty Surprise for Enemy Ships when they get close to you. And thats not all. Your Citadel is below the Waterline and has a 40mm Deck. Making it next to Impossible to Penetrate from Close Range as even Yamato cannot Overmatch it. At the same time you Armor above the Waterline is mostly above the Threshold of most DD Guns. And thus can Reliably Bounce alot of HE Shells from Enemy DDs. The Armor is pretty Impressive as you often take barely any Damage from DDs at all. But at the same is thin enough to let most BB Shells Pass through it when you Show Flat Broadside. Meaning that with Graf Zeppelin you can Show Flat Broadside to an Enemy Yamato 7km away and it will need 3-5 Salvos to actually Sink you with AP because its only getting Overpenetrations into your Broadside while your Pummeling it with your Secondaries. Thanks to that you can Place the Graf Zeppelin much closer to the Frontline which increases the number of Strikes you get thanks to your High Speed Squadrons even further. Allowing you to make even more Attack Runs. :) A Smaller Advantage are of course the High Penetration of the Rockets which allows you to Pummel Battleships with them. As well as the somewhat Long Stretched Crosshair of the Rockets which somewhat outbalances your lower amount of Rockets against DDs. While your still worse against DDs than Enterprise or Shokaku. You can use your Rockets against DDs Decently. And against Cruisers or BBs your Rockets are Pretty Devastating. I often have 10k Rocket Barrages against Cruisers. And sometimes even against Battleships. And another Advantage you got. Is that you can Outrun Fighters with your Bombers. If you Fly through a Fighter which then Follows you. You are faster than him if you go in a Straight line with Motorboost. So if you Attack Different Targets in a Line just going Straight. You can actually Ignore Fighters almost entirely. Because they wont catch up to you before you have Dropped your Bombs. And even against Solo Targets you can Catch the Fighters and then Boost Forward pressing F after leaving Enemy AA Range giving your Bombers enough time tor each Immunity before the Enemy Fighters catch up. So my Results on Graf Zeppelin are pretty Consistent and not changing that much. Now what I do agree however. Is that the AP Bombers are currently almost useless. You can actually make them Work by knowing the RNG and thus at least get Citadels now and then. But the RNG at the same time also means that these Bombers are never an Reliable Threat to anyone and anything... With only 2 Bombs and this Absurd RNG they are just too Weak as to really Influence a Battle. Making them more of an Reserve Plane when you Run out of Torpedo Bombers and Rocket Attackers. So I clearly Agree that the Dive Bombers on Graf Zeppelin need a Buff. They need to get a Higher Accuracy. So the 2 Bombs you got at least Hit something. Or a Larger amount of Bombs so the RNG doesnt completely screw you over all the time.

    Yes. But thats the Tradeoff you have for the higher Damage Output :) Which does not change my Point that Tiny Tims have the unfortunate side effect that RNG just somettimes says **** you and you dont hit anything ;) Nobody is contesting that. But I was with you when RNGesus put Thumbs down on you with them when we last Played together :P I still remember you Cursing about it that you kept missing the DD thanks to RNG Spread ^^

    Well. For Fairness said. If you use Tiny Tims which are Rockets especially there to shift your Focus to Bigger Ships instead of DDs. Then that in itself is supposed to give you less Chances to hit a DD. But this is mostly RNG which makes you miss. Not the DDs actions.

    Most DDs in T10 have 10km and more Range on their Torpedoes. And are only Spotted on 6.x km. So yes thats really Barely any Stealth Torping Capability. The only ones worse for Stealth Torping are the Russian Ones which come with Smoke as well as well as far better Guns and only slightly less Speed. And well. That means the CV was just too Incompetent to even Aim..... All you have to do with Rockets is to Aim Slightly above the Nose (above from your point of view so slightly behind the Enemy Ship) and it does not matter what kind of movement the DD does you will still Hit. Because he cant slow fast enough to have your Rockets pass in front. He cant Speed out of your Rockets. And turning wont get him out of the Spread either. The only way to miss a DD with Rockets is bad luck with RNG (Rockets landing all around the DD because RNGesus said **** you) or when your Incompetent and dont Aim properly. And at T10 I would really Expect People to at least know how to Aim Rockets.... But well. Never underestimate how Noob some People can be.... As for Russian DDs I dont care as I dont have them and dont want them to be honest. I do know however. That as a CV I dont like Attacking Russian DDs. As they take alot of Time to Kill and usually are pretty Expensive.
