  1. lol Mate not to Offend ya. But you obviously already Learned that there is alot of xxx People in this Game. Do you really want to give them the Tools to get Players Banned from the Game for Several Days ?
  2. Weebs tend to be a Fairly Tolerant Bunch. So its unlikely you will be met with Aggression for Voicing an Honest Concern/Opinion. If you were like some People making Fun of it or just Voicing Hatred for it you might get Trolling or Aggression. But it doesnt look like this is your intention here. As for the Topic itself. I do find it somewhat Surprising that WoWs actually Picked up Azur Lane and other Anime Collabs. (Albeit I do Enjoy it) In the Western World the Idea of Animation is generally considered something to use on Children Shows. And almost all Animated Movies and Series in the West are Aimed at Children. But Japanese Anime is actually a bit Different. Anime in Japan can be Aimed at any Age Group. From Children to Teenagers to Adults and even Including Full Blown R18 Content. This Definition that Animation can only be used for Children Stuff doesnt Exist in Japan. And thus Anime can have the same Genres as Normal Movies and Series which in the Western World are almost Exclusively done by Actors and Real World Graphics. Hence. Anime can be a Sitcom or Drama. It can be a Horror Movie, an Action Movie or even a War Movie with Blood and Splatter. It can be an Erotic or XXX Movie or even a Romance and Love Story in Bollywood Style. It can be Targeted at Primarily Male Viewers (like Azur Lane) or can also be Targeted at Female Viewers. (Which is usually Signified by a much more Male dominated Cast) So indeed many Anime are absolutely not Content to be Viewed by Children. And should Instead be Considered the same as Movies in the Western World. So just like its not a Good Idea to have your 12 Year old Child watch Hellsing or Blade (You know Vampire Hunting Stuff) its likely not a Good Idea to have him watch Blood-C or Elfen Lied. Azur Lane to that End however has an Official Age Rating of 12. Which is not Surprising. As the Theme of giving Ships an Female Avatar with Revealing Clothing can be considered Suggestive. But pretty much nothing actual Adult happens there. And Honestly said. Any Movie including a Beach Scene is likely showing more Skin than Azur Lane. Now. If you as a Parent would like to be so Strict that Revealing Clothing on Girls is already a No Go for you. Then indeed this might pose a Problem in your Eyes. But given the General Standards. I would also dare Claiming that your Choice of Media in that case is Extremely Limited. As Indeed 99% of the Female Characters in Games and Movies dont tend to Run around in Full Covering Robes. And the Women wearing Business Suits are Generally not exactly wearing the Type which would be considered less Suggestive xD Long Story Short. Watching an Hour of TV per Day and thus also Watching roughly 10-15 Minutes of Advertising will likely Show your Daughters worse things than what you Find in Azur Lane xD As for the Question. Why are so many People Drawn to it. The Answer to that is actually Hidden in the Above. The Truth is Simply that Japanese Anime is not Bound by this "Animation is Purely for Children" Idea. Therefore. Just like Hollywood Movies or Series. Anime can Appeal to pretty much any Genre. Anime can have Action Dramas like Terminator. It can be a Funny Sitcom like Two and a Half Men. It can be Horror Movie like Scream. Or simple Family Shows like Sabrina the Witch. You even have Anime doing Detective Series leaning on old Agatha Christi stuff lol. You also get Space Odysseys like Star Trek or more Space Fantasy Universe things like Star Wars. So if there is any Movies or Television Series you like. Chances are that there would also be Anime which Fit this Category and thus be to your Liking. At least as long as you are not By Default Disliking Animation in itself. Or are so Restricted by the "This is for Kids" Mindset that Watching Anime feels wrong to you.

    How do I counter CVs in ranked?

    Pls dont. Not as a DD. A DD constantly hiding in the Rear and Asking for Support will Generally not really do much in a Game. DDs are a Game Deciding Class normally. Because they create a Threat which is extremely blocking to the Enemy. Preventing the Enemy from gaining Control over an Area. And Establishing Control of an Area for your Team. To that End however you need to be out Front of your Fleet. DDs have neither the Artillery Power nor Range to Engage into Long Range Artillery Duels while Sitting next their Cruisers and Battleships. A DD Sitting there could therefore just as well not be in the Match. Sure. Sometimes this will work if the Enemy just Yolos you for example. But thats the Exception and Honestly said. In that case even tough you yourself might Score nicely by Torping and Shooting the Yoloing enemies. The Team would have easily Won without you as well. And if you had been a Cruiser with Torps you would have been even more useful. Truth in the Matter is. A DD Staying Back with his Fleet is a Leech on the Team. He has no Influence on wether the Team Wins or Loses. Because he basicly Relies on his Team to Decide the Game before he Starts doing anything. He merely Leeches off the Result by either getting good Damage and Potentially even Kills after his Team lost and the Enemy Pushes in to Eliminate the Remaining Team. Or to move Forward after the Team Decimated the Enemy Team Sufficiently that the Enemy CV doesnt really have time to bother with him anymore. Thus being able to now Start wrecking Heavoc as there is no Opposition Left. In both cases. The Game however would have gone exactly the same way even if he had been AFK. The only Case where this DD can actually be Useful is when his Team despite being Short a Player. Effectively managed to Fight the Enemy to Standstill. Thus both Teams being Decimated. And this Unhurt DD now being able to make a Difference in the Endgame. But thats an Extremely Rare Case. And since most Unicum DDs will actually want to Guarantee a Win. The DDs staying back and then being in this Rare Position tend to be Potatoes that cant really Carry a Game afterwards anyways. As someone who Played CVs alot himself. I can tell you this. I will not bother with a DD Sailing around behind his Fleet. Not because I cant reach him. I can usually still reach him if I want him Dead. But because he is effectively not Participating in the Game anyways and thus for me it makes far more Sense to just Attack someone else who is an actual Threat to my Team. I will of course keep an Eye on the DD to make sure that if he decides to leave the Cover of his Fleet I can Kill him. But in General. These DDs have no Impact on the Match. They might get Kills and Damage later on in the Game. But usually all of this happens after the Game is already Over and has no Impact on who Wins. For me. Its the same as an Enemy at the Start of the Map Reversing and Sailing into the Map Border behind his own Spawn. I could in Theiry Reach him. But why would I waste the Time to go Kill an Enemy that is completely meaningless to the Match ?
  4. WG is a Company whose Target is to Earn Money. As WoWs is not using Advertising for its Players Including the F2P Players. There is no Revenue for WG from a Player unless he actually decides to Spend Money on the Game. The Primary Contribution of Players who dont actually Buy things from the Shop. Is their Grinding Time they Invest into the Game. By Grinding and Playing Ships they keep the Game Alive and Provide Opponents and Entertainment for other Players. Which unlike what some People think is actually an Extremely Valuable Input for an Online Game. It is in Fact Something that caused many Pay to Play Games to Fail Hard in the Past. As their Paying Customers where Fine and Dandy with the Game. But without the F2P Players filling the Ranks there simply wasnt enough Opponents/Allies on the Server to Play it. An Online Multiplayer Game can be however good it wants. But if it cant Provide Players to Play against constantly. It will Fail because People will get Bored with it. This is also why "Free" Rewards in Game Events are Provided on a Regular Basis to these Free to Play Player. These Rewards are Granted for Grinds of different Sizes and Require Grind of different Ships and Lines in General. Thus Encouraging Players to also Grind different Ships than their Favorite ones. Because this way WG provides an Healthy and Alive Game Server for the Potential Paying Customers to Play on and have Fun thus being Tempted to Buy thing. Needless to say that the Rewards will also usually form a part of the things you can Buy. To Encourage Paying Customers to not just get the "Free" Reward but also Buy things in addition to that. As you can See from this. Just Logging in will not Provide any Benefit to WG in itself. However. WG in General is of course Interested in making People Log In because they want to Show you the Game and make you look at the Updates. So that you might potentially Play again. It works the same way as the Free Probe Package you will sometimes get in the Supermarket by going to a Specific Stall there. The Free Probe you get will not come with any Obligations and it in itself will not Cost you anything or gain the Company any Profit. However. These Free Probes make People come to that Stall. Thus Seeing the Nice Stuff the Stall has to Offer and thus thinking about Buying things there again each time they go there :)

    Likely because they Promised in the Past that they wont Sell T9 Premium Ships. With other stuff they could Excuse it as "Coal/Steel" Ship. But this one is a Pure Premium Ship from Shop. So they likely wanted to make sure its not Overpowered and in all Aspects weaker than the Tech Tree Ship.
  6. German Dds got Powercrept to the Abyss. And the Truth is. Even the 32mm Pen Buff is not really Fixing that. German DDs will still be Outgunned even by Torpedoboats. And at the latest after the Arrival of Swedish DDs their one last possible use of mass spamming of Weak Torps has become something that others are Simply better for. Effectively. No matter what you want to do. There is a Better Choice available. And even on the General Purpose Side. DDs like Daring and Gearing just laugh over the Z52. Thats why I am thinking. Why not give German DDs a Bew Gimmick. In Reality. Germany often used Magnetic Triggers for their Torpedoes. Hence the Torpedo Detonating when he Close enough and didnt need to actually Hit the Enemy Ship. This could be used in the Game. German DDs could get Magnetic Triggered Torpedoes which will Detonate if they come close to the Ship. Thus making Evading them much Harder. Especially for Enemy DDs which often Dodge Torps by literally having them scratch the Paint off their Sides thanks to how fast they can turn. This would give German DDs a bit more Utility again. Think this would be Possible and could Work ? Opinions ? Suggestions ? Comments ?

    lol... Daring isnt a New DD. Actually I think its Older than the CV Rework itself lol As for Stats. Let me Give you some Proper Stats that Show you. Just how Unpopular CVs are.... And also Showcase just how Overpowered they are as a Class. This is a Class Based Statistics for the last 2 Months. Here is the Full Site. So you can Actually Check up other Stuff there as well. http://maplesyrup.sweet.coocan.jp/wows/ranking/index.html Of course Stats are always to be Taken with a Grain of Salt. But at least this Site thanks to giving Weekly and 2 Monthly Statistic Downbreaks. Is not completely Useless unlike WoWs Numbers. For the Actual Picture. As you can See. In the High Tiers. There is only 4.250 CV Players Actively Playing the Class. They Played a Total of 414.817 Battles in CVs. Compare that to the Second lowest Popular Class right now. Which is DDs. (Mostly thanks to these CVs by the way. As DDs were much more Popular in the Past) There is 27.366 Players Actively Playing DDs. And they got 3.283.159 So not entirely 10 Times as much as CV Players. If you look at the most Popular Class you Notice its BBs. With 53.449 Players being Active and Playing 6.438.596 Battles over that Time Period. Which is way more than 10 Times the amount of CV Popularity. The Lower Tiers look better. Mostly Thanks to People Farming Noobs in T4 CVs. Where AA barely Exists and thus CVs can basicly just do whatever they want all Day. But even in the Lower Tiers. Each other Class is 3-5 Times as Popular as CVs. Fun Fact for you. If we Removed CVs right now. And Every Single CV Player would leave the Game. That would be only around 8.000 Players Leaving. Compared to that. If CVs Remain Overpowered and just 5% of the Remaining Classes Players Leave due to that. You are losing roughly the same Amount of Players..... As for the Numbers itself. It also Showcases Nicely. That CVs are Currently the Absolute Top Performer in well. Almost Everything. The only Areas where they arent the Top Scorers are Base Capture and Tanking Damage. Which should give you an Rough Idea just how Overpowered CVs are.

    Short Answer you dont. Long Answer. You stop Playing DDs. Because chances are you will be Max 1 or 2 DDs and the CV can just Focus you Nonstop which means you are basicly out of the Game as you are Limited to Sitting in Smoke and Sailing around behind your Fleet. And instead Play Battleships or Heavy Cruisers. Because even tough you can still not do anything about it if the Enemy CV wants to Kill you. You now at least thanks to the Fairly Short Game Duration in a 7 vs 7 have good Chances are that the Game will be Over before the CV had enough Impact to Turn the Tables.

    Hmm. So it comes Tomorrow or rather later Today I dont really Mind the Big Bundles. What I do mind is that its Unfortunately Badly Bundled up again. I would Like to effectively Buy everything in either one Package or in a few Packages that do not Overlap. But cant. As there is no Complete Package and Buying Seperate Packages is Overlapping Severely. I would need to Buy the Captains and Ship Bundles Seperately. Which also would then lead to be having Some Stuff Doubled. Meanwhile other Stuff I would like to have Twice is not available to Buy Seperately..... At least the Rebate is Big enough that I can just Buy the Big Ship Package and get some Doubloons out of it that way. Sigh. WG Really needs to Learn how to make Proper Bundles. Also.... Lootboxes again.... This is Triggering me a Bit..... I am getting PTSD from WGs obession with Lootboxes at this Point..... Guess I.ll just Buy the Armada and the All in One Package then. A bit more Expensive than Expected as I actually Expected a Complete Package for around 300 Euro. But thats within Error Margin I guess. Still a bit Annoying. I wanted to get at least 1 additional Kaga and 1 additional Eugen. But 60 Euro just to get 2 Copies of these two is a bit much. Needless to say that I wanted an additional Copy of Roon as well. But even I will not Spend 90 Euro just to get a 2nd Copy of 1 Commander I actually want to have. This is a Bit Dissappointing @MrConway I was always going to buy the whole stuff to a level that I get everything Once anyways. But I actually was hoping that you would Offer Single Commanders as well as I actually wanted to get some of them Twice or more. But I am not gonna Buy 2 additional Packages for a Total of 150 Euro just to get the 3 Commanders I wanted a 2nd Copy off. Well at least you are Positively Surprising us with it Coming tomorrow.     Really ^^ You bring up Someones Stats to try and Discredit his Opinion on something and then get Salty about it that others Point out that these Stats are giving his Opinion Vastly more weight than your Stats do to yours ? Talk about Hypocritical. ^^ Also Wuuut ???? CV have Provlen themselves to be Popular Class ???? In what Parallel Universe are you Living Mate ???? CVs even now are the LEAST Popular of all Classes. And that is Despite WG effectively having a Vast T4 CV Community that is abusing the Extreme Inbalance of T4 CVs to Pad their Stats and Club Seals which we are Counting towards the Total Popularity of the Class xD I am Sorry. But are you Really not Realizing that this "CVs being Balanced will Lose WG Money because lots of CV Players would Complain" is a pretty Ridiculous Statement to make when EACH SINGLE OTHER CLASS has at least 3 Times more Players. All of which by that Logic are Spending Less Money on the Game due to CVs being Overpowered ???? I Mean at least it seems you have Finally given up the Claim that CVs arent Overpowered. Thus instead resorting to rather Justify them being Overpowered. Thats a Plus I guess. As for WoWs Numbers. Sorry to Tell you. But WoWs Numbers is pretty much Completely Meaningless. WoWs Numbers Contains Total Stats from Years. It Contains Statistics for DDs from the Time when they could still Fire their Guns at Enemy Ships without it causing their Concealment to Grow Big enough that they got Detected by the very Ship they were Firing at from Open Water. So These Stats are not just not Agreeing with Reality but Gladly they are also not Agreeing with Spreadsheet. Seriously Mate. At least bother Checking such stuff Properly instead of just Pulling Random Claims out of your rear which are in Complete Defiance of Public Knowledge....

    Because it Defeats your Argument. Your Claim is Basicly that he is Wrong and that his Wrong Assumption comes from him Playing Only Enterprise which is OP. But he actually Plays several other CVs. Far more than you have Played All CVs Combined. And apparently he has no Trouble with them. Meaning that your Argument of him only thinking CVs are OP due to Enterprise is Completely and Utterly down the Drain. 1. Lol. Nope. Again Mate. You are Comparing SEVERAL PLAYERS FOCUSING ONE ENEMY PLAYER. With ONE CV FOCUSING ONE ENEMY PLAYER. You are Basicly Setting the Pretext that 1 CV is Entitled to have the Power of Several other Players at once. And no he is Not. He is One Player and therefore should have the Power of One Player. If he has more than the Power of One Player. Then CVs are Overpowered and need to be Nerfed Hard. So No. You are Actually Wrong in both Cases. In Fact. By making this Statement. You Yourself are Providing Evidence that CVs are Extremely Overpowered. 2. Factually Wrong. 2.1 Heal Helps. But it only Buys Time. 2.2 Smoke Helps too. But it only Buys Time. And on top Wastes your own Time because using it means you yourself cannot Move either. The Exception to this are Pan Asian and British DDs which have a Fast Reload Smoke with barely any Downtime in Between. But thats only them. 2.3 Turning AA on/off. Works on Potato CVs. But can be Countered easily by the Detection Mechanics and by Dropping Fighters. It also is useless if you want to actually be useful and Take a Cap. As the Cap will Give away your Position. 2.4 Moving with Teammates is entirely Useless for a DD. Because a DD has neither the Range nor the Gunpower to Engage in Long Range Artillery Duels like Cruisers and Battleships. Hence a DD moving with his Fleet is Dead Weight that cannot actually do anything. And No Mate. This is not Related to being Top Tier or Bottom Tier. A Shimakaze will be having a Completely Frustrating Game even against a T8 CV. Because Shima Relies on being Undetected. Something that is Impossible to Maintain against a CV. Regardless if its T8 or T10. The Reason is that a Shimakaze Relies on Stealth. And if it cant remain Undetected its Usability is pretty Limited. Needless to say that its AA is not even enough to really threaten a T6 CV.

    1. Fact is Mate. CVs are the Fastest to Strike. Others are all Slower. 1.1 Looool. Mate its Pretty telling that you Compare 1 CV to the entire Remaining Team..... 2. Erm Mate. A DD has Extremely low HP. He cannot Win Direct Fights against other Ships. Hence he Relies on Stealth. Thats the whole Concept behind a DD. Easy to Kill if Spotted but Hard to Spot. Now. Guess what a CV Denies him. 2.1 Also. Rockets and HE Bombs are good ways to kill DDs. 3. Fair enough. But thats the Problem. A CV has so much Influence. That a Bad Player on a CV can easily Doom his entire Team.

    1. Launching Strikes takes Minuted. Would you Remind me Pls. Which Ship in the Game usually get 6-12 Spotted Ribbons despite needing his Drones to be closer to others to See them. And who is zsually the First Ship to do Damage again ? If you think Planes need Minutes. Then ask how Long Ships need to get into Range lol.... 2. Lol. Kaga is way better for that. And I dont even know why you would Limit yourself to just 1 Type anyways. 3. The last one is just massive Bullcrab. No other Ship has even remotely as much Influence as a CV..... Angling helps alot Actually. But the Fallacy is that you are leaving out part of the Deal. Other Ships to Shoot at you. Have to actually Risk being Shot at themselves. The only way they can Guarantee Strikes. Is by being in a Position where they themselves can be Striked. And unlike the CV they cant just adjust their Position to get a Better Angle either. Because not only cant they go 150-200 knots. But they unlike Planes they also Risk being Deleted if they just move around you in plain sight.

You guys are always fast at pointing when you might get a Disadvantage not all other Ships get. But when you get Exclusive Advantages that is never a Problem. You guys even daring to suggest Dishonesty in others is like Trump calling other People Liars.....

    Fallacy. You are not just Ignoring Parts of the Statement you are Answering but also you are once more Comparing 10% Effectiveness with 90% Effectiveness Measures. 1. Positioning and Angling is an Active Action Performed by You. Its not an RNG thing like Heavy AA. Angling Reduces Damage Far more against Ships than any Action you can Perform Reduces it against CVs. (Except new German Ones which if not for the Absurdly Overpowered other CVs would be Nicely Balanced exactly because you can Effectively Angle against most of their Attacks.) And your Positioning actually Decides wether or not you are an Target that can be Spammed with HE in the First Place. If you didnt make a Mistake or on your own Volution Decided to Push into Position in Range of an HE Spamming Cruiser. Then you are not going to be Spammed by HE. Both of these are under your Control. Unlike you being Targeted by a CV. Which is not in your Control and can at best be made less Likely or more Likely by your Teammates being Easier Targets. 2. You are also Ignoring the Fact that was Stated Repeatedly. If a Cruiser or DD Starts Spamming me with HE I have Actual Active Countermeasures. I can Return Fire. I can Reposition to no longer be in his Targeting Range. Or I can Angle to Reduce Damage as Stated above. The Cruiser meanwhile cant actually Spam you with HE unless he himself takes the Risk of Exposing himself to your Return Fire. Or has to Rely on a Teammate to Spot You and Risk taking Return Fire from You. But this does not Apply to a CV. You cannot Reposition to be Safe from a CV. And you cannot actually Counter Attack the CV. The CV can Reach you anywhere on the Battlefield without being at any Risk of being inside your Weapon Range. If you wanted to Compare a HE Spamming Cruiser with a CV. Than that HE Spamming Cruiser would need to be able to Fire his Guns on a Range of 30km without it causing his Concealment to Bloom in the Slightest. Using Guided Rounds that will Hit his Target Reliably no matter at which Range he Fires and with a Magic Spotter Plane Squadron that he can Send around the Map at 200 Knots Speed to Open Up Targets for himself without ever requiring to get Closer to an Enemy Target. Thats how Absurd this Comparisson is. 3. I wish that was the Case. Unfortunately it has already been Confirmed that for Most Part the this is not how the Update Works. Effectively the New Horizontal Dispersion for Rockets will be a Nerf for Graf Zeppelin. (Because Clearly it needed one loooool) and Tiny Tims on Lexington, Saipan and Midway. For the UK CVs it actually Turns out to be Buff because the Reticle was Round and effectively just gets Reduced Vertical Dispersion from this. Causing it to Hit even Harder. HVARs on Lexignton, Enterprise and Midway are staying the Same. For Kaga its unsure yet. But it looks like a Buff as her Few Rockets where already Unreliable anyways and now are much more Punishing if you can catch a Broadside. With the Remaining IJN CVs having nearly the Same Effectiveness against Long Side Targets. And now thanks to Reduced Vertical Dispersion getting a Huge Buff against Broadsiding Targets. So Long Story Short. Graf Zeppelin gets Nerfed. Midway and Lexington Tiny Tims become useless and will be Replaced by HVARs by most Players. Saipan gets Nerfed. Remaining US CVs stay the same. UK CVs get Buffed. Kaga gets a Sidegrade. Remaining IJN CVs get Buffed. I Do hope Sincerely that this will Change as the Update is just on First Iteration of Public Test and thus can be Further Adjusted. But at least for now it doesnt seem like this will result in any Bigger Change. IF of course they Decided to Adjust this into the Sense of DDs that go Longside taking very Little Damage and DDs that go Broadside Being Punished for it. Than that would indeed be a Huge Change to the Balancing. As DDs would Suddenly become Extremely much more Resilent against CV Attacks. Likeweise if they went with the other Idea they had before. Of Turning DD Air Concealment Down by Half once more. Thus it now being basicly a Quarter of the Surface Concealment. This also would be a Game Changed. Because effectively no DD could be Attacked on the First Approach anymore unless he keeps his AA Enabled. Then again. If they dont remove the 20 Seconds Concealment Debuff they Planned to Add when the DD Uses his AA even Once. The whole thing could very well also Turn into a Nerf for DDs. Because going Dark again after Opening your AA once would be Extremely Difficult. Which also Means that a Simple Fighter put above a DD would Guarantee him to Stay Open for Additional Strikes. As if he uses his AA to get rid of the Fires he would be Open for Full 20 Seconds. And if he doesnt use his AA he cant get Rid of the Fighters despite their Extremely Low HP.

    1. Sorry. But have you even Watched that Video yourself ???? The First Time the Enemy CV comes even Close to the Daring. The Daring Immediately Smokes lol. And thats 6 Minutes into the Battle already as the CV First killed another DD and Focused Down a Second one. After that the CV Actually Managed a Strike for nearly 10k HP of the Daring inside the 30 Second Reload of the Smoke. But the Daring can Heal most of that Damage. After that the CV went back to Killing the Second DD. When the CV Returns the Daring is already in Smoke again. Who had Guessed. You can actually See the Daring is also Smoke Skilled. Leaving just 22-25 Seconds of non Smoke Time lol. 10 Minutes into the Game. The CV Rocket Squadron comes Close. And Guess what. Lolsmoke of the Daring. Right Decision. Cause otherwise he might be Killed despite his Heal. 12 Minutes into the Battle when the Battle is Pretty much Decided as the Enemy Team Decides to Push Middle and get Crossfired thus getting itself Eliminated for most Part. The CV actually makes another Run on the Daring. The Daring attempts to make the CV Botch the First Shot by disabling AA and going towards him. But gets Hit anyways. And then gets hit again. Another 10k HP gone and the Last Heal Consumed just because he Refused to Smoke. After that the Enemy CV is actually Ignoring the Daring because he Realized that his Team is Potato. And in the next several Minutes he Pretty much Singlehandedly Decimates the Enemy Team in his Desperate Struggle to Somehow Kill the Enemy Fleet Faster than his Potatoes can manage to Suicide. Unfortunately the Minotair on his Team seems to think he has Good AA and instead of Defending the Cap and Staying back decides to Push the Carrier ending with the Carrier of course easily Massacring him. The Enemy Midway is meanwhile Busy killing the Des Moines and then the Harugumo Chasing him. At the End. The Daring does what the Daring does. And used Smoke again. To not get Killed. Gladly for the Daring Time is Up. As the Enemy CV needed to Long to Kill his Team alone lol. So Yes. The Daring didnt Use Smoke exactly 2 Times. 1 Time due to Cool Down and 1 Time as a Mistake. Both Times cost him about 10k HP Each. And while the Daring Survives to Tell the Tale. The Midway effectively Killed Nearly Half his Team Alone lol. Great Example Mate. Shows Perfectly how OP CVs are. 2. Huh ? What are you Talking about. That Daring didnt Show anything Remotely Interesting against the CV. Effectively the Only Reason he even Survived despite having one of the Best DDs to Play in a CV Game. Was because the Enemy Team was Potato and Mass Suicided. Thus Forcing the Enemy CV to all Alone Kill Half his Team on the other Side of the Map and thus not having the Time to come for him lol. If anything. This Video Proves how Insanely OP CVs are. Or do you think CVs are not OP till they do 12 Kills alone so they basicly Win Games regardless of how Crab their Teams are ???? 3. Thing is Mate. That is Right now the Fact. You Cannot Dodge. You Cannot Counterattack against the CV. Your Video Actually Proves that. Because the 2 Times that Daring was Attacked he was Both Times Hit for about 10k Damage. And even so. The Enemy CV ultimately only Lost because his Team was Potato. 4. No Mate. You See People doing Plentiful. But its not that some is Succesful and some is not. It is that the exactly Same Action might End up Succesful One Time due to the CV being Potato or having Bad RNG. And the next time that same Action might End up doing nothing. Cause the Competent CV didnt Suffer RNG and thus just Striked you regardless of that Action. I Explained that to you in my other Post. Currently one of the Few DD capable of Avoiding being Struck. Is Daring. Which can Avoid Strikes thanks to being able to Smoke 6 Times a Match and having less than 30 Seconds in between Smokes where it cannot put a New Smoke up. This was Excellentry Proven by your Video. As the Daring each Time it Attempted to Avoid being Struck without using its Smoke. Paid 10k HP For that Mistake. 5. MM not Being Balanced is not a Secret. I am Complaining about that Myself. But this Trump Tactic of Whataboutism isnt really working on me Mate. Because by that Logic No Problems no matter how Severe should be Fixed unless another Problem is Fixed. Meaning you would need to Fix all Problems all at Once to the Satisfaction of absolutely Everybody or must as you cannot do that Never Fix anything. 6. Fallacy. A. You are using one of the 4 DDs which I myself Explained to you are Great against CVs. Why not use the Z52 whch you Claimed is good enough against CVs :) ? B. You are Distorting the Statements Made. We are Saying the DD has no Way of Denying a Strike. Bad RNG of Eating an Invisible Flak Puff. Or Inability on Side of the CV Player to Avoid Flak Puffs. Is not you Denying the Strike. Its simply the CV Failing the Strike. So No. Result would actually be that I get to Shop for 50 Euro in the Shop. Because you are not Actually doing anything to Deny a Strike and would merely Sit there as a Target Practice waiting for a Good Dice Roll or me Messing up by Myself. Hence Me not Considering that as you Denying the Strike but Simply as me having Bad RNG or me Potatoing into a Flak Puff. lol Or are you Claiming that you are actually Deciding where the Flak Puffs are Going and wether they are Hitting or Not ? :) Something I also often tell a Friend of Mine. CVs are OP. They are not God. They can Influence a Game 2-3 Times as Much as any Other Ship. But 2-3 Times is not gonna make the CV kill 12 Enemies all alone. A CV even if he is OP will not Kill all 12 Enemies all alone when his Team is Potato.

    1. I generally try to make People Understand what I say. So if People have Obvious Trouble Understanding Simple Statements I Start Explaining them in bigger Detail. :) 2. Not Really. Because you see. Thats where you are just Obviously and Glaringly Hypocritical. Currently a CV is GUARANTEED to Strike. But Nobody ever Demanded that any Single Ship should be GUARANTEED to Deny a Strike. Just that a Ship Should have a Decent Chance to Deny a Strike IF it Performs the Correct Actions. One Simple Solution coming up in the Past already was to bring back Def AA Panic Effect. Thus Drops no longer being Accurate if Dropped while Followed by Catapult Fighters and under Def AA Fire. Another Simple Solution was to Buff AA of all Ships. But give AA a Stacking Penalty. Meaning that each Ship alone gets Better AA Defences and thus can Defend against Strikes alone. But that Several Ships AA will not Stack 100% but instead only Increase the AA Efficiency by a Smaller Amount. Thus making it Harder to Strike Ships in General. But making sure than a Blob doesnt become a No Fly Zone. 3. No. The Moment a Ship cannot Stop being Repeatedly Striked by an Enemy that he Himself has no way of Attacking. Than his Game is effectively over. Because his Meaningful Gameplay is basicly being a Clabird to be Shot at by the Enemy CV. 4. Ah. The Typical Response again. You cant Argue against what I say so you Resort to Personal Attacks and Strawmans. Nothing to See here. Move Along Pal. 5. No. DDs can Do things if they are the Certain DDs which have been Gifted with Abilities that can actually Prevent a CV from Killing them. Like Insane AA or Fast Reloading Smoke. I Explained this to you already actually...... This is also the Case in your Video. Which is Hilarious considering that you basicly try to get the High Ground by Offering me Pointers on Something that I Previously Explained to you...... The DD in Question is a Daring. One of the 4 DDs in the Game which are Extremely Difficult Targets for CVs. Because Daring can Smoke up all the time thus Denying Strikes from the CV and waste his Time. And a Heal so he can actually Heal Back Damage increasing the amount of Times he can be Struck without being Killed. Hence the CV on the Enemy Team in that Match made the Normal Decision to Focus other Targets instead. Thing is Mate. 80% of the DDs do not have Heals, Insane AA and Fast Reloading Smoke so that between Smokes they only have 30 Seconds of being Vulnearble to CV Attacks. 6. Lol What should a CV do in a 2 Cruiser Game ? Well. Kill things. As always lol. Nothing Special happening there. Just 12 Targets to Strike some of which are Easier and some of which are Harder to Kill.
  19. 1. A CV even the Weakest ones are still massively more Powerful than other Ships. But if you cant Hunt DDs. You are at a Severe Disadvantage the moment any Competent CV Player on the other Side decides to massacre yours. I myself have done some Games on the German CVs. And sure its Possible to Win. But only if the Enemy CV is Potato. Gladly this is the case 80% of the time. But I would actually like to Stand a Chance against Good Players too :) 2. Yes. I know. In Fact I have been using the "Hunt Cruisers" Strategy on GZ for over a Year Now. And of course that can Work. But as Stated above. If an Enemy CV Kills your DDs the Game is almost certainly over for you unless you can do the same. 3. Actually no. The Secondaries are Pretty Weak. Not just because of the Range. But because they Lack the Graf Zeppelins Accuracy. Same as the Tech Tree German CVs. They only get Standard US BB Secondary Dispersion. Which is about 260m on 10km. The Reason why Graf Zeppelin is so Crazy Strong with its Secondaries. Is not the Secondaries Numbers. Its their Accuracy. The Graf Zeppelin Secondaries by Default have just about 100m Dispersion. Which is BETTER than other Ships with Secondaries get when they use the -60% Dispersion Buff from Manual Secondaries. Thanks to that. GZ basicly Pummels anything in its Range. But Loewenhardt doesnt seem to be getting this Accuracy. So its Secondaries while Scary wont actually have any such Impact. 4. The Torps arent even that Bad. The Question will be the Accuracy of the Bombs. If these Bombs become GZ Dispersion on Drop. Then this CV will be useless ^^ 5. I know....

    So as you cannot Answer the Fallacy you yourself Created you instead go for just Posting Bullcrab. Sigh.... 1. Thats Factually Wrong. CVs are Generally Guaranteed to get 1 Strike in per Squadron. Even if 6 Enemy Ships are in a Blob the First Strike will always be Possible for the CV. Thats how the System is Setup. And that also Means that no matter what a Surface Ship does in Terms of AA Defence. You can never Possibly Defend against the First Strike of a CV. Exceptions to this are Solely some DDs with very Good Concealment vs some CVs with pretty Big Minimum Attack Distance. 2. Sorry. But as before you are Ignoring Obvious and Glaring Facts here. A Ship which Strikes someone else by this Action makes himself Visible Instantly and thus can be Fired Back at. And if he wants to Guarantee any Meaningful Damage he has to get Close enough that he Himself will also be Susceptible to that Meaningful Damage. The CV However is Guaranteed to Strike any Target for Meaningful Damage regardless of Distance or Position entirely without Risking his own Ship at all. But Hey. Its nice that you Accept that just Driving around is not Acceptable Experience. Because right now the Moment a CV is in the Game that is basicly what alot of DDs are Forced to do. Because they cannot actually Attack the Enemy without being Massacred Mercilessly. You who for the last few Weeks is Playing CVs roughly 2 times more than all other Classes Combined. Might be having Fun. Because you can Universally Strike anyone all over the Map without having any Risk of your Ship being Sunk and without anyone having any way of actually preventing you from Striking him. But how much Fun do you think other Players have who are not in the CV. And thus are constantly being Struck over and over and over by an Enemy which they cannot even Reach much less Strike.... CV Players are often Fast to Point out how Ships can Stay together for Defence. But how about we turn this around ? How about instead of the other Ships needing 3-5 Ships to actually Limit Attacks on them. The CV instead needs to have 2-3 Allied Ships already Shooting HE at a Ship he Attacks to Suppress AA because otherwise the AA just Shreds his Planes before they Reach the Ship :) I am Pretty sure. In that Scenario you would Suddenly notice this Unfair thing of you needing 2-3 Allies Helping you just to actually get Strike out. And Fun Fact for you. You Yourself would still be Entirely Safe. So in Fact this would be Far more Fair than the Current Situation of others needing 2-3 Allied Ships just to not be Bombed over and over by the same Squadron :)
  21. I assume that as well. I have a Feeling that Unfortunately it wont be the Event Reward tough. I actually have Hopes for that CV. Albeit it will depend mostly on how Usable the HE Bombs are. If they are Similar to Graf Zeppelin the thing will be entirely Useless. Since just like the Tech Tree German CVs. If you cannot Hunt DDs right now you are basicly just a Burden on your Team.

To not be Taken Seriously because your "Opinion" is worth more...... But to Begin with Mate. An Opinion is something you think to be the Case. The Moment you Claim that you have Seen Something or that Something has in Fact Happened. You Stop Voicing an Opinion and Start making a Claim on something. If you just THINK that BBs Dodge Torps that is absolutely Fine :) But you are not Saying you THINK that BBs can Dodge Torps. You are Claiming that BBs are Easily Capable of Dodging Torps and that you have seen it to be the Case as per your Description. Thats not an Opinion Mate. Thats as Claim on something being a Fact. A Claim on something being a Fact which you Demand others to Accept as Correct. But for which you do not Provide any Evidence. Long Story Short Mate. BBs dont Dodge Torps. CVs Simply Miscalculate the Drop. Or Drop despite knowing the Drop will mostly Miss because getting a Proper Drop Done would Take Longer or because they want to make a Crossdrop to get Full Torp Salvos onto the Target Reliably.

    @Excavatus That Guy might be Refering to this Problem here. Something that Happens sometimes. I am not sure how this Happens. My Guess would be that the MM has 3 Divisions. And likely doesnt care if its 2 People or 3 People Divisions. So it ends up just Distributing 3 Divisions which means Team A gets 2 and Team B gets only 1. But as it only Counts Divisions and doesnt care if its 2 People or 3 People. It can then happen that the 2 Divisions with 3 People get Set on Side A. While Side B just gets the 2 People Division. Just a Hunch on my Part of course.

But Elazer is currently one of the Top if not the Top CV Player on the EU Server and a Super Unicum with Extremely Solid Knowledge on the Game Mechanics and Vast amounts of Experience in the Game. And who has Repeatedly Backed up his Statements with Videos and Results. Meanwhile You are a Random Unknown Player with Hidden Stats and no Name to Speak off in the Community. Which Generally Shows a Lack of Knowledge of Game Mechanics and in most Cases has only his Claims without anything to back them up aside from possibly Anectdotal Stories which we cant even Confirm due to Hidden Stats. So dont get me Wrong Mate. But I am Fairly Certain that you are Really not in a Position where you should be leaning out of the Window on who in this Forum is to be Taken Seriously. Back to Topic. The Thing is Mate. When a CV Player Misses. Its is 90% the CV Players Mistake or bad RNG. The Recipient of the Attack has Little to no Influence on it. When a DD Player Misses. Its in 90% that the BB Player Simply Obeyed some Easy Rules like not going in a Straight Line for Several Minutes after having been Detected without any Ships he himself can See being inside his Detection Range. Or to make it a bit Easier for you. There is a Massive Difference between Dodging Torpedoes Launched from 10km Distance and Dodging Torpedoes that are Launched from 500m Distance to you.
