The author of this mod has become a wargaming developer and has less time for updating it, the current version is for 0.9.0.0, so yeah sometimes it might cause problems with missing camo on some new/changed ships. As for the CamoFilters, this is what the mod author said: "Filter handling for credits/XP/crew XP/free XP changed to AND filters (other 3 remain as is), so you will only see camos that have all of the ticked bonusses. "
