It was updated, it looks more normal now, if you want the old version you have to select it in the modpack.

That is correct, you cannot move it, like I said in changelog.

It's not removed, see that "+" icons

Like I said, I have nothing to fix, it's not modpack bug.

No modpack fix is needed, whatever happens, happens only on your pc.

Removed because it's bugging the game UI.

Camouflage Filters & Save/Load signals is already in the modpack. Demount all - I think WG added his own version of that, so I think there won't be mod for that, but who knows. Time will tell what the authors want to do.
