Nothing really, I found out that while they may appear to be working, they are not really what they were prior to 10.2.0. BlackSkull is not modding anymore so the mod is pretty much dead now.

Wargaming has changes visuals for the shells in recent patch, all these mods has to be updated, or will never look the same like before.

Yes it does. You have to pick the righ folder for the installation, as it says in the readme window of the installer.

It's not a bug, it's your PC and your account, you have to install it as an admin (or an antivir is preventing the installation).

There is a new version of Team HP Plus in upcoming modpack, but I'm not sure what was changed, maybe will help to your issue.
