Author of this mod told me that when the mod is updated, the old config will not work, and may cause problems with application. So that's the reason I am deleting this file aways.

Are you installing latest modpack? To the correct folder? This is just a warning you know, it will still install the modpack so if you don't see effects (as of missing mods) then you are prolly installing to a wrong place. Are you using some multi-game launcher or regular client?
