    For some reason .... no, wait, *now* I understand why I missed the WoWS open beta. I have been playing WoT since the open beta. However WG doesnt know what cross-selling is (I'm thinking about the 2mln WoT XP waiting there), so I never-ever received an e-mail about the WoWS OBT. So, no, I was not here pre-Tirpitz. Too bad. Now WoT is sending me e-mail noting that I'm not moving my T-57 since July. The reason was WoWS and now is AF. Since today is SO as well.

    I dont know about numbers, What I know for sure is that the general mood here is VERY different from the one I remember in the looong WoT open beta. I mean, I see a lot of frustrated and angry players while the general mood should be of enthusiasm and expectation. Hell, the game compared to WoT is a baby and the best things should be ahead. However, thinking that we have only 2 tech trees, that we will wait probably 1 year before having the a whole KM tree and the RN, and probably 2 years (or more) before the Marine Nationale and the Regia Marina make me sad. Well, you know what? WoT is static and WoWS wont make me wait a year or 2 before becoming what it should have been now. So, in the meantime, I'm off to Armored Warfare and Steel Ocean.

    Everytime I read about the Prinz Eugen readiness in engaging the Hood and the POW I think about our Hipper. Generally speaking, I think about our heavy "glass cannon" cruisers.

    Yes, I'm very upset about higher Tiers: VIII-X: - long queues for playing - if you are a Tier VIII ship you are used as cannon fodder since there are still a few Tier IX-X players. You seldom (lets say almost never) are the top ship in a Tier VI-VIII game - players behaviour is dictated by high costs: BBs stay 25Km behind while CAs and DDs play as baits Something is wrong up there.

    Same here and, BTW, stutters and 1-2 seconds freezes during the games are here since a month or maybe more. So far, no fix.

    I totally agree. The next Tier VIII Premium russian cruiser will be a beast. All those 155mm with 21Km+ range. A bigger Murmansk I'd say. Even better than a Mogami, go figure.

    And guess which tank game I'm playing now? They even model the main battle tank Ariete, the Centauro wheeled tank destroyer and the OF-40. WG in 3 years have not been able to model a single italian tank, not even in low Tiers. WoT has horrible/fantasy tanks but not them. Well, back to AF, I'm grinding the Centauro.

    Mogami has a 18,1Km range with AFT. As anyone know, russian were better cruiser/gun builders than japanese, right? So, no, its not OP. No way. Why should a russian fantasy WW2 ship be OP? /sarcasm

    Yes, the whole CV aircraft thing is a joke. Jets, wrong biplane torpedo bombers, wrong fighters on wrong CVs .... yes, it can be only cosmetical but it could have been done right. Why on earth did they make the whole CV a/c thing so arcade-ish? When I see Tier VIII-X CVs in the roster I feel sad. Another reason to avoid high Tiers games, IMO.

    About Premium, I have to admit that the Tirpitz is a joy to sail and I'm very happy to have her without having to wait the 2016 or 2017. And WoWS' Premium ships are not the underdog they are in WoT. Would you compare a Tirpitz to a Lowe? Now, however, I'd like to have some Premium for nations with nothing or almost nothing ... UK, France, Italy ....

    / = and/or Anyway, again, with a Bismarck, a Littorio-class battleship or a Zara-class cruiser available, who on earth would buy a russian tier VIII Premium ship which never fought in WW2? No one. Thats why these premium ships have a market *now*.

    Anyway, you cant go wrong with a russian ship. Above all with a Premium one. Take a look at the Imperator and the Murmansk.

    Add 3-4 (with the third row skill) Repair Party II consumables and you will have a very nice warship. A Tier VIII Murmansk?

    I often fight against Tier IX and X warships with my Hipper. What about giving Tier VIII cruisers a couple of Repair Party II consumables? They are fragile, It would help a lot and I'm sure there would be more CA at high Tiers.

    With a spread of only 2 Tiers (yours and one above) Tier IX and X would have an endless queue before beginning to play. Those two Tiers need cannon fodders .... there are simply not enough Tier IX and X players. Does it ring a bell to WG? Probably not.

    Another ship copied from italian projects (ok, ok, with a modified bow for very rough seas), while italians wont have warships till what .... 2017? And BTW, I bet she will have Repair Party II consumables, while normal Tier VIII cruisers dont have it. Bhà .... a 1950 warship ....

    And BTW, the MM seldom make my Tier VIII cruiser the top Tier one. I mainly fight against other Tier VIII cruisers, VERY often against Tier XI and often against Tier X. In this situation, and this is why I posted, I dont find any problem in having a couple of Repair Party II consumables. If you regularly are the top Tier and fight against Cleveland, Pensacola, Nurnberg and Yorck then .... lucky you. It doesnt happen to me. Or it happens 2 games out of 10.
