All games started until 06:59 will finish before the severs finally go down meaning up until 07:19 results can pour in. It's the same as with each maintenance. As for the final results: It surely makes no sense that Blue all of a sudden got a lead in victories.

Yes, you are mistaken. You can send ANY German captain no matter which ship or class to your Graf Spee (or other German premiums) without penalty. Premium captains will get penalized on any other ship, though.

Don't worry. Your stats are fine and you obviously are improving. Just stop feeding the forum trolls.

If that doesn't solve it try to switch to windowed mode (ALT + Enter) and back to full screen (ALT + Enter). Works for me and some others occasionally suffering from the phenomenon described.

Basically in an Emerald you are meant to ambush, backstab and assassinate. Make use of the terrain. Avoid battles on the open sea. Make use of those twelve torpedos. It won't be this comfortable again for many tiers. -

Chose AFT. Raises range of secondaries on the Leander to 7.2 (+ signal = 7.6). That's including the Secondary Battery Modification 2, of course. I don't use the Aiming Systems Mod. Need to close in, anyway, That said making use of the terrain and smoke I often end up surprisingly close to enemies. Certainly helps against DDs.

My bad. Missed the part where Sub_Eleven recommended to retrain with/in premium ships. Any which way ... guess I now do know what I will save my Dragon Flags for.

Didn't know this either. Since you don't really strive for the 19th skill does this mean there technically is no penalty for the retraining?

While generally a good idea current maintenance costs for t10 destroyers (180.000!) relying on stealth and eventually receiving little to no damage just don't make any sense.

Last I got was on August 5th in an Udaloi. Clearly less than a month.
