The "oil per container" is not bound to the OR campaing, the spoils containers or anything of the sorts. Go find the statement when oil was launched, every container will grant you 10 oil, and if not so, put a ticket if you care so much, I have gotten 10 oil from every container that popped in my acct, from weeklies like this week's, from daily exp and from yamamoto campaign.

Considering bro has been moaning because he never had the time to complete the 2 year celeb collection, I dont think he will be able to complete this one either...
