and if that hapened once, twice a day then is normal(player is just meat at game) but if that happened every third battle is weird

i got direct same problem,and if 25000 players is not enaugh to make tier 3-4 vs tier 3-4 how many need then? 100000000 players to have normal match?This thing (huge diference between tier 3 and 5,6(4 vs 7,6) is so disapointing to play this game.
