Well , i talked with support leader, about this, and this is the situation: For PT ( 0.4.0 ) bugs, you can post them here. For CBT version ( 0.3.xxx) you can send them tickets. I hope this now resolves the confusion.

Try to get back on track please and avoid flaming.

You dont have access to CBt, that is the problem.

If you want to complaint on how badly skilled was your team remove nicks from images - otherwise thread is going to be classic naming & shaming, which is against rules.

And i must ask you again - where did you saw that OBT starts and that you will get refund? If you are referring to 0.4.0 doublons you should receive on start of PT, then there is nothing to worry - apparently it is not very consistent amount, some players got crazy amounts, some didnt get nothing. Same goes for some of ships ( Arkansas)

But, we are miles away from open beta ,and even more from release date. I dont know where did you picked idea that OBT started and that you will get your pre order package reactivated. If you have link, post it or pm me please, because it needs to be removed to avoid further confusion and pointless threads.

Unless you had access to CBt before 10th June you will not have access to 0.4.0 test server. How to get access for future tests? Simple: go to WOWs shop and buy some of pre order packages.

No trading is allowed im afraid, so simply use your NA account to learn how game works, then in OBT move here and start grinding.

You will not get any confirmation from me im afraid - im silent as fish when it comes to that., for any official info you need Tuccy, Ev1n or Ectar. Im simply using general opinion on forum that OBt will start during "this summer"

Gentleman! Unless you want to walk the plank i suggest you strongly to follow the rules and to keep this conversation civilized. Insults wont help you much, in fact, if you are persistent in rubbish posts, it will degrade your ability to get any information you might seek nearly impossible because you will be banned. I helped you all that i could - by giving you warning not to use all caps, otherwise you could continue to write in that style, and you would be sanctioned and you wouldnt be able to post at all! Fair, dont you think? As for other type of help ( technicall one) you are on wrong place: send a ticket to support and attach all your logs and Dxdiag and so on.
