Point is: you didnt had to pay a thing - you wanted to. And yes, game is not released so i dont see why are you so obsessed by new content when "old" one is still not yet implemented correctly and there are need for numerous tweaks. As for the rest of "demands" - you will have to wait for some better times i think, for start until we get more staff. Apparently Ectar cant clone himself and be at 5 places at same time.

Na server has their own community managers and their own events. Nothing happening there is guaranteed to happen here as well. In fact in most of cases it wont. We have our own events .

You received exactly what you have payed. I dont see nothing insulting in that. You wanted to be in CBt ,and your only option was to buy ships, so you did it. What is the insult there? And, yet, we had new ships and maps added quite frequently and im sure that will continue.

Nah, it is not just 1 battle, i believe it is more like 45 or 60 or 30 mins. Beside, what will 1 battle in tier X do? No, i say dont report them because it is completely pointless. If you want to complaint - dont put pressure on colleagues from customer support. They have nothing to do with this: Instead ask WG community people to explain you wth is going on and what was the idea behind this year Gamescom arrangement with WoWs

Instead of that situation , we have them thrown in T10 where they are completely useless, and usually swarmed and killed 1st. They didnt learned anything about game, and other players lost 20 minutes of game. What is better? I say let them grind from start and find their way around
