No I definitely do that ^ , I mentioned that even if they are vertical, I try to imagine if they were horizontal, how much lead would I give, and then try to apply it adequately to their current position before firing. Just not as consistently as opposition. Do I just have a weirdly wired brain making it difficult for me to judge distances? As for enemy it seems its too easy to hit me at any distance, and no matter how violently I maneuver, i still get hit, even by the same type of cruisers, even 1v1, that part I just cant comprehend. I would understand if this happened rarely, so I would just tick it down to person being way more adept, but every single game? Is aimbot like secretly back or something I do practice x.x I'm not bad at hitting, I'm actually quite good at sniping with BB's, and melting enemies with DD's, it's just that CA's are giving me the shitty end of the stick right now due to having constantly battle other cruisers at extreme ranges, while manuevering violently Wait, what? Aren't "warpacks" just a fancy word for hacks? People still use them? o,o

No I've been doing exactly that for months now, and ranging shots are tricky in carriers , at long ranges shell drop time is about 8-10 seconds, so by the time your tracing shell lands, the target is miles, miles away and you have to do the whole ranging thing again. Like I understand the theory behind it, but I just don't seem to be getting results while piloting cruisers. Cruisers are meant to be mid range beasts (well they are now with the HE buff), but I just get outtraded, even though I'm trashing my ship around violently to avoid getting hit, its almost as if enemy bullets are metal seeking magnets, and my shells are definitely not at 100% hit rate. I would yell and blame aimbot if it still existed, and I know it doesn't but just every game that I play cruisers, it feels as if enemy has aimbots, I don't know anymore

I thought everybody is having issues with fps drops near the smoke? Is it just me?

Hi, Which setting in the game controls the smoke quality? If not is there any way to bring it down to absolute minimum quality through .cfg or something? I have an Asus g550jk laptop, and generally its enough to run anything on maxed out settings, but i've been experiencing some weird stuttering around dd placed smoke clouds in world of warships. (apart from that the game is buttery smooth at 71 fps for me) Need a solution. Cheers! anyone? o.o

Yeah but how the hell do you control quallity? im running a high end machine and still lag? otherwise its 71 fps when not around smoke

I personaly would switch your 1st and 2nd point around Premium vehicles > premium accounts. For the sole reason of if you ever decide to take a break for half a year (god knows Ive done that like 4 times in world of tanks), when you come back your premium vehicles are there for you, quivering in anticipation, unlike those backstabbing premium accounts, which are like expensive prostitutes when you really think about it Q.Q Everything else is bang on really, couldn't agree more.

Oh..... Oh sweety *pat pat*... First of all never ever spend gold on getting credits in Wargamming games. Use it to buy a premium vehicle or premium account instead. For example if you have + - 8000 gold, you can buy the USS Atlanta, which will earn you 200-300k per game. Second of all, jump in the first ship there is in your favourite nation, and start playing. The more you play, the more experience you will generate. Experience is sort of like research points that will let you unlock higher tier ships. Done with first ship, got your second? Scrap the first one (your port slots are limited you know). You basically use experience to unlock stuff, and credits to buy that unlocked stuff. Now you are in luck, because this is beta, and after beta and the account wipe, you will get all your gold back Hopefully you will spend it more wisely afterwards! Happy sailing

USS Atlanta: 1. One on One outguns any destroyer and cruiser in the game. 2. So far I melted: Mogami's, New Orleans's (SsssssSSss), Cleveland's and everything in between. They get close - they dead, they stay away, you disengage, not rocket science. 3. Fantastic AA weapons, if cruelty to children (detroyers / cruisers) is not your thing, Atlanta makes a decent BB babysitter. 4. Awe-inspiring rate of fire, 200-400 hits per game is not even try mode in Atlanta. 5. YOU DO NOT SPEAK ABOUT ATLANTA YOU BLUNDERING FOOL, so the devs don't nerf it q.q

Hi guys, Does anyone know if it's possible to play world of warships using a gamepad?

This is indeed correct ^ but I has a little backstory..... So I got this ROG laptop that can pretty much run anything in the world, and a 50' telly (so bjutiful * _ * as well). So one day like a caveman discovering the fire I was looking and both of them and was like "ummmmmm, hmmmm, ughhh? mmmm" and then like a flash of light it came to me, I went out and bought a HDMI cable and an XBOX one gamepad ( like 2 days ago ), and it opened new gaming horizons for me, I'm still a proud PC master race but now i can play my mortal wombats, and my dead or alives, and I was even so bold to try warthunder which was glorious * _ * I started WoW's while connected to the telly and it was glorious to look at , so pretty, but no gamepad support ;3 and since the game is rather slowpaced , i think it would be fantastic to play on a massive display sitting on the couch, instead of being hunched over a 15' inch lappy screen. But how do i do this? I needz it :c help
