Torpedoes should definetly bounce, unless it's one of those fancy ones with magnetic detonator. Then we could maybe revert turn times to what they used to be, instead of current jet ski turns. You people seriously can't look suggestions from different angles. You just go LOOL NO THAT MAKES TORPEEDO USELES. It could mean torpedoes become less efficient, but that could be fixed by changing other parameters.

I've not gone to battle with wrong ship, but when I unlocked pensacola, I sold my cleveland and bought cleveland back again. I even fitted upgrades on it before I noticed something's wrong.

If BB had torpedoes in real life, I expect to see them in game.

I didn' notice any change. Still arriving to battle 20-40 seconds late. Intresting thing I noticed though, this game doesn't seem to wait for x% of players to be loaded before starting countdown, like in wot.

I noticed this too. DD and CA can just wreck stuff with their HE. Before patch one DD HE hit in upper structures of BB caused something between 200 and 300 damage. Now it deals consistent 700.

Even if WG bans use of certain mods, what does it matter? WoT is still free territory for all mods, as long as you are not dumb enough to post screenshots or videos of you using illegal mods. I fear it will be just the same for WoWs. I suppose that's why they made this thread written by real politic, they can't promise anything, because they can't really do anything about it.

I really really like the guns on Aoba. They seem to have flatter trajectory and are easier to hit enemy with, compared to american cruisers. I think I also get more citadel hits with Aoba than with any other ship so far. It's true it can't take any hit, but it just must be played accordin to that. Average xp wise it doesn't fall far from my Cleveland. I had this nice game yesterday where I killed Baltimore really fast, but those 11 citadel hit's could have something to do with it

Definitely AP for everything but destroyers. I first thought pensacola is just crappier than cleveland, but those 203mm guns are much more effective against battleships and it still eats other cruisers.

I really think there's a lot room for improvement on damage visuals. Glowing holes and black stains are kinda nice, but I think we really need some mangled metal. I'll just let the pictures speak for me: HMAS Hobart after torpedo hit. HMS Delhi, bomb damage. USS Minneapolis as pic tells. USS St. Louis, torpedo damage. I think you get the idea. I can't imagine anything better than limping to victory with some serious battle damage.

I always mod my games, making little tweaks here and there, to customize everything for my liking. If you guys so much enjoy vanilla, stay at that then. Mods linked in this thread are butt ugly though. So far I'm still running no mods.

Only way to keep toxicity out, is to make this game so crap, that it will only be played by very niche group. If it goes viral, there's absolutely nothing you guys can do about it.

Packet loss disappeared this evening. Just played about 1,5 hours with my friends, who also had problems and it worked just fine.
