I belive I have sent my ticket on Tuesday, but have had a problem since Sunday (16.08) after some match with my friend. There is still no response in ticket system and the whole situation is very pitiful since neither devs nor any community manager doesn't seem to care about the given situation. The community support seems to really not do it's job right now.
