Yes, it's very strange that people are preferring the only non-RNG weapon (torps) playing RNG: The Game.

I'm torn here. I want as many people move from 150-259 range to 260+, but I also want as little people as possible move from 0-149 up. Unfortunately there is no chance to have 2 more resets for mine 260+.

Three words: Random Number Generator. WoWs could be named RNG: The Game and it wouldn't be far from truth. Why do people wonder so many players play torp-boats?

I would gladly wear that tin-foil hat as well. Especially when you look at how fast pearls are gained at day and at the middle of a night. Well, it only required 50k players at 200 pearls average. Since i started 2 weeks late, my only chance is to win it in lottery.

Why didn't WG think about such simple thing as controlling where your scout goes? System is already in place for CVs.
