0.6.8 Questions and Answers with MrConway and Tuccy

Will you maybe possibly perhaps re-think the nerf to Shiratsuyu? If you really think its needed, put the booster in the engine boost slot (still important to Shira because she is quite slow), but please dont put it in the smoke slot, that just removes the possibility to help your team with smoke (which is one of the main roles of DDs).

While we are talking about IJN DDs, and as you are also changing Akizuki: Is there a chance Akizuki will get defensive fire consumable in the future? She was a purebred AA DD after all. And like Shira she is slow, so maybe put it in the same slot as the engine boost, to make you either play more for your team, or for yourself?

i would love it if you could  hold ctrl to select multiple flags at once and then mount them.  Mounting flags one at a time is most annoying and time consuming.

Will you be adding any new nations in the game? For example, will I ever be able to use my Italian Captain on anything other than my Duca? :D

 

Do you have plans on long campaings for clans like on W.O.T the tier 10 ones&tier 10 special ship rewards ?

 

Maybe a bit more on topic: Dunkirk was a fun event. Will we see more such historical events, maybe Midway or the Solomons?

Was there not some of the transport ships, there had AA on board, so they could help with the shooting airplanes down. Could be fun to try some of the testing on this side.

As mentioned, more Italian ships are likely to come, but it is too early to speculate on which ones and when.

We have plans for clans, but it is too early for this as well. Our next focus is to bring a lower level Clan vs Clan gameplay, to build a healthy Clan scene, but we may not necessarily jump straight away on Global map or into massive events.

If the Dunkirk works well... And PvE is an awesome method of creating historical (or historical-like) battles, as it can be stacked against you

Glad you liked it, just to clarify, both me and @MrConway are Community people from our European office - not actual devs. However we try to pass as much of your feedback as possible to them - and to come back with answers to your questions. Time from time we also manage to get a guest from the St. Pete studio as a guest here :)
